Couple of tips if you get one. Fit it to the gun before the hunt, that way it's ready to go. I use a pot holder from dollar store to lay in it for some padding. Makes it more user friendly. My son shot his Javelina at 305 yards standing with the gun on the triclawps.

To clarify on my post. My son had 2 master locks on his pelican case which is all that was required by TSA. Delta's policy is if it has a hole it has to have a lock so they were good with the other 2 being TSA locks.

With Delta if the case has a hole for a lock, it has to have a lock. My son was flying out with a Pelican case that had 2 master locks on it but had spots for 2 more locks. Had to buy 2 TSA locks from Delta for $25 each and those locks are $8 at Walmart. It was either that or miss his flight.

If you have the serial number I would call Swarovski and see if they can put it in their data base as stolen. I know a friend of mine called them to check a SN on some used ones he was buying.

I have a rifle chambered in 221 Fireball. I wouldn't use it on deer. Too many better choices. Not saying it wouldn't work but a little off and you've got a wounded deer.

I rebarreled my 300 ultra to 30 Nosler. I prefer it over the ultra for the magazine space. 300 ultra will give a little more velocity but what's another 1 Moa on the dial.
