AZGFD commission meeting agenda, meeting minutes and meeting audio. If you listen to the last meetings audio you can hear the case against him and what they chose to do about it. They motioned and approved a 5 year ban on hunting, fishing and trapping. Without a hunting license he cannot guide. The AZGFD officer stated that the "individual" Adams was observed buying bait. It was not said what that bait was. The officer presenting the current case did state that there was another case from 01/2022 where the investigation is not finished and it will likely come before the commission when it's ready (so not a rumor at all) . There was no timeline stated as to when this might happen. It was stated that there was also a violation in the early 1990's that did not go to the commission. The records for this violation was pre-digital and were apparently lost and not available. If they were available and if they were able to be confirmed the commission could have possibly taken his privileges for 10 years. It was also stated by the officer that the Dept spent 450 hours investigating this case. Edit to add: He will pay $9318.12 for 3 WT Deer. Court records are searchable and available for the case that the state brought against him as well. Most everything is public record and out there if you care to look for it.

For the record these are the earlier model hard eye cup 15x60 GAT* 15x60 B/GAT* are the later versions with roll down eye cups, the "B" designates the soft roll down cups. GA is rubber armor and T* is the coating. The "B" models had increased field of view over the non-B models as well.

I have a copy of the 2000-2001 regs. What kinda info do you need from them? Terry I need the page like Tony posted above but showing the hunts in 2000. I dont have a scanner, and it would take my all day to type the whole page as Iam real slow a typing. If you heed a hunt # tell me what unit and I can look it up for you. Thanks you guys for the help. Bob Miles at AZGF came through with the 2000-2001 page I needed. They do not have the old PDF's but they do maintain old paper copies like the local office does. He was able to scan the page I needed and make it legible. B&C nowdays wants the tag or documentation that you legally had a tag for a submission to them so make it easy on yourself and save the tag or you'll end up like me chasing the documentation. Bob said my request was the second this week looking for this info for the same reason.

Thanks, at least I have one taken care of. I have PDF's back to 2002-2003. Maybe someone else can dig up the info for 2000-2001 and help out.

Maybe someone can help. I have thrown away all of my old copies of AZGF regs and I need some info. I am looking for copies of the general deer hunt pages (whitetail rifle) that contain the hunt numbers and dates for the years of 1999 and 2000. If anyone has copies of these pages I would greatly appreciate if they could provide me with them. We are trying to document a couple of kills from those years for B&C entries.
