Those 264s are hard to come buy. I have a Model 70 pre 64 264 that is really nice. But it's not for sale. All the Sakos that I've had have been good shooters too.

I had some guns from PA that were rusted. What a shame. One was a Win 70 1947 22 Hornet. Give $500 and shoot it if the barrel is good.

1980.........things have changed up there since then. I wish I had old hunting photos.

I'd like a Colt Python. I just got a Sako Finnbear 300 Winchester that I really like.

I have horses too and thought about it. The problem is I'm usually hunting myself or helping a friend. I guess you could stable them in a good unit in a place where hunters could contact you easily. Just like the butchers do with the coolers.

The older wood stock Tikkas 595, 695 actions, or what ever they were, were good. I don't know about the new ones. How about looking for an old Sako A series or older like this one.This is a 300 Win.
