  6. I would love yo see this go to someone on here that respects a great oldie shotty and doesnt chop her up. πŸ‘ $250 OBO cash. WILL TRADE FOR A S&W SHIELD probably any caliber. Wpuld also be nice home defense shotgun its very smppth and fast action., Ok so with much talk recently about some newer model (big name) pump shotguns that suck I'm gonna offer up a smooth sliding oldie. J.C. Higgins model 20 in 12 gauge 2 3/4 with the Power Pac choke system. I have 1 medium range and 2 long range. These chokes run $30-$50 each when you find them. So shotgun has EXCELLENT wood! Action is like butter! Some surface rust here and there but considering age a very nice and solid shotgun. The old recoil pad is missing a small chunk. Barrel without choke system is 21.5" and with Power Pac is 25.5" This would be a great budget TURKEY gun if you don't mind 2 3/4 high brass #4 πŸ‘ or yote gun whatever! It's also perfectly capable of thumping dove. $250 cash with Power Pac no trades and that's less than what those guns that lock up cost otd and this 1 is real wood. I included a couple screenshots of chatter about this gun and power pac from different hunt forums. North Phoenix ftf deal and must be Az resident and legal to own

  9. I had the honor of knowing Stevies Aunt and Uncle Gene and marylou when i lived in Christopher Creek. They used to come visit there during the summer when they all still owned Compton Terrace. Mary Lou used to show up with a bunch of t-shirts from the concerts (she worked a t-shirt stand) guess she thought I was some poor mountain boy and I couldn't buy my own t-shirts. LOL they introduced me to their granddaughter who's related to Stevie however and we ended up dating. Probably some of the nicest down to earth people I've ever met when I went to their house in going to South Scottsdale that's when it kicked in who where they were when I saw all the gold records and stuff on the wall it pretty crazy. Gene was a pretty big man you want to take me trout fishing at one of the lakes and I told him as long as I got to take him Creek Fishing. We went to the lake he caught his limit I caught nothing I took him to the creek and i vaught my limit but I guess almost killed him he reminded me after about 3 miles of hiking that he had had 2 open heart surgeries already and that it was probably time to return home πŸ˜‚ They used to love my smoked trout by the fire pit and i ejoyed the vodka tonics they introduced me to.

    Plantar fasciitis

Sorry not trying to steal this from the op. But my achilles reconstruction that I had done in the beginning of the year looks like it's failed I'm really looking into this PRP. I sent a message to a couple of you guys that mentioned PRP on here if you could tell me where you had this procedure done. The surgery I had to fix my achilles seems to be eracing itself quicker than the problem manifested in the first place. The Va is onboard with me trying this since nobody is sure what the heck is wrong with me. Thanks
  11. Hey man it's just his hearing no worries😬 oh to be a youth again... I sorta remember the days of driving down the road talking to a friend trying to read their lips well in the same vehicle 12 inches apart LOL Sounds like your boys going to go off to college with one heck of a ride!

    Tree expert?

Im 100% with you on the deep water! Heck even my summer grass benefits from once or 2x a week maybe 1 hour soak at a time or whatever will soak in rather than 10 minutes a day. My irrigation in summer in N. Phx is 2-3 hours per station depending on temps and depending on time of year once or 2x a week i do cut back in winter but deep water night before freeze. Head size for irrigation depends on the tree or shrub of course and once tree is established im watering at canopy edge on all desert trees for sure, not sure my citrus cares where water comes from.

    Tree expert?

This stuff makes such a huge difference with citrus trees. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ now if you can tell me why I planted a lemon tree instead of grapefruit and oranges like I like... Every year I find myself trying to barter lemons for grapefruit

    Tree expert?

We had such a lack of winter in Phoenix I have trees that never lost all their leaves and then flowered while they still had their last year's leaves on them LOL I have an ash tree that's woken up quite well and pretty much green. A mesquite tree in the front yard that has so much pollen coming off of it like I can't remember a year where has this much pollen coming off of it. Lemon tree bloomed as usual but it also did not get any freeze this last year at all so it everything happened a little bit earlier. Heck I still have lemons on it and Blossoms everywhere. I have definitely noticed a difference with my Citrus with fertilizing quarterly at least. I haven't paid any attention to see what the Willows are doing down here hope it all works out for you I know it sucks to lose them.

    Plantar fasciitis

I had lost much of the use of my left arm due to two massive irreparable tears in my rotator cuff. I started having problems with my good shoulder and researched non surgical options. I opted for PRP in both my shoulder and the foot with PF. Both were completely healed with one injection. There are variants where bone marrow, stem cells, A2M, PRP combinations are used depending on the issue. It is worth looking into Since it seems my achilles surgery completely failed and is coming back even worse i am going to beg the VA to try this/send me out for treatment. Thank you all for the info i have read.
