We need to pray for safety of all officers! My mother works for TASER'S foundation for fallen officers, if i remember correctly couple weeks ago nationwide was at a all time highr for fallen officers and it was in first 6 weeks of year. every time officer is killed taser has a emergency fund for family to help until benefits kick in. she attends all funerals in state and it is tough even when you do not know them. every good person in this world knows that police, firemen, millitary and many others are doing what they do to save our butts. we should pray and we should be thankful and those of us who are in or have done any of these jobs should be thankful were alive and be thankful someone was willing to step up and take our places in security of this wonderful yet confused country we all live in. i pray that LT'S family, friends, and fellow officers will find peace in this horrible tragedy just knowing he was doing the job of a warrior and sifting through the filth of society everyday to better our community. thank you to all who serve us in one way or another . my prayers are with you Alex. did you have the surgery? how did it go? if you ever want to question miraculous healing well get together and i will tell you a couple of stories. one has to do with an ear being bit off and a plastic surgeon wanting to ampute whole thing. i had ear put back on and it turned black when doc said he had to amputate i refused and stuck with prayer, lots of prayer, like a church+ full of prayer. 2 days later i started peeling black off my ear and found red blood. the doctor from India became a believer. i have an ear almost 20 yrs later now. mike

my prayers are with you and everyone effected by all of this loss. i have been through that too many times now where every time you turn around a friend is dying. sometimes i just wonder who is left. my friend i will say this, we should live every day for Christ because it may be our last. it does not bring our loved ones back but it ensures our eternal future by His side. i am not sure when my day will be, i thought it was here many times now but when it is i want my saying this to you to make a difference. peace be with you and everyone effected by this loss you are feeling. gary i do believe i have a picture of you and i standing with deer on our backs and mine (the smaller deer of course) is tucked into my pack just like that. it has the orange flap that comes out and secures meat correct. im jealous your pack has cool sheep on it mike
