Yes workman a reminder next november would be swell but ya never no what this years deception may bring our way. o_O remember the vast majority of who did not get tags are probably newer hunters relying on past few yrs experience or printed regulations and who probably are not on hunting forums like this one but just guessing with that. if i continue to hunt i will obviously have to change my New Years Eve tradition of going for tag around 6-8pm and possibly adopt your model way of driving the jalopy to town month early for tags and just accepting what they give me and what they take away without warning. it would be nice to have a more constructive talk about the g & f issues but as i have stated when adults are selfish and could care less about the rest of the hunting community not much good willcome of it. workman you have said stupid senseless things and cussed me out in a pm but if you can justify g & f and their actions please chime in when you get off floor from that temper tantrom. thx

If you havent seen they come with instructions to put in a ziploc and tie to your animal after harvest.

It is pig, deer, and lion etc archery plenty of tags were available and some still are so before you say you would kill for something make sure you understand the whole issue at hand. i have never complained about draw odds especially since they always seem to favor me.. or should i say did.

I would like to know how many guys that put stupid comments like this on here are actually archers currently hunting this season? And if you have been affected in any way or if you're just making stupid comments? ThanksHere's another stupid comment for you. I'm a archer currently hunting this season and have not been affected in any way, but then again I didn't wait till last minute or go to Whalemart to acquire a tag either. If you must know my secret on how I did it, here it is. I simply hopped in my jalopy (about a month or so ago), drove to the Mesa G&F office, walked right up to the counter, got the tags I needed, paid the bill and walked out 5 minutes later. I then drove back home with the same sticky tags I've had for the 17 years I've been hunting. Pretty easy if you ask me! Good for you that is awesome so check next to your name for also sefish and could care less about other hunters or the fact that g & f would have screwed him also if ya wornt so darn squared away. bravol zulu for you sir.

You might have missed beginning of all this. first i question a fall 2013 hunt in spring 2014 regs. 2nd the fact that g & f told walmart, sportsmans etc they were not permitted to sell tags till 1st these are my issues if they are not yours then well gr8. personally i feel that it was wrong to put the screws to many archers by not having same tags available at same places as always. PERIOD THE END!

A topic in a thread is about as much of a chance as you can get to decide to click or not click on it? i.m not sure i follow why people say this.. if i post in some new hate g & f section your still gonna swoop in like mother bird and try to protect them... i just dont see how anyone can argue points i have brought up? you either agree we should all have equal opportunity and g & f should not be able to just add and subtract hunts and sell tags on town or only at office on a whim. if you agree with them it is just totally selfish and your saying crap on the other guy as long as i got lucky enough to figure it out.

Fellow close to home hunters beware! I have only been out 4 or 5 times so far and twice ive ended up on phone with sheriff and phx pd due to the trash (guns/drugs/illegals) that make their way to edge of town.. last year i found dead dog taped in $120 cooler thrown off a cliff, this year abused animals now confiscated by sheriff and being treated for the near death condition i found them in and owners being charged.. last night it was very suspicious car with little kids backpacks in back seat and i was thinkin foul play but few hours later and calls to pd officer told me to get my gun and i becme back-up while guys were being pulled from cars and guns and dope... so just beware of what you might happen to bump into. from carefree hwy to table mesa is getting hit hard with illegals and drug traffic/idiot meth heads with guns shooting accross flat ground and withing the no centerfire areas.. remember to gangbanger living in the city anthem is the wild west! so not a suprise bodies get dumped at dixiletta or table mesa so be prepared to find them in middle also. Not everybody stops and stick their nose in as i do but i think if we did in a safe way we could help our P.D. TAKE CARE OF SOME OF THIS MESS.. and for those who dont stick their nose in please remember it is not always a choice you make! you might just find yourself neck deep im a drug deal simplyby taking wrong dirt rd or walking wrong wash. Funny cuz it started just as stupid joke i kinda forgot how many hunters could care less if archers get jacked. maybe we should have a archery only area for all topics and rifle hunters need not bother opening any of the threads.. oh wait it was your choice to open them wherever they were correct? my bad on the classifieds but as for the others the crap g & f is pulling applied to all those.. if your happy with them and they make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside then why bother reading and of those posts? and if i say like tags or not why elaborate on how stupid we must be for not liking the whole stupid deal?? Oh and i got all my tags on 31st but sure feel bad for all who did not.. i was wondering how people would feel if they went to drop applications off on deadline day and learned they changed to monday instead of tue.. i know last year when they extended deadline i sure was upset considering i was broke and could not apply for lope so dropped bonus point app off then they extended a week and i could have afforded to apply then.. so congrats to all who were able to apply after set deadline and wonder how many others got screwed as i did?? have a gr8 day all and enjoy your future with az g & f and az forestry

Just nowhere near enough police for level of filth in our country but sure is alot of us. and area i spoke of the officer i talked with said they do not enforce shooting within city limits.. see now they are confused and dont know that only shotguns allowed in those areas and centerfire is not . major boom/explosion yesterday also and ploom of smoke and most disturbing part was that it was not at base of mountain it was in flats meaning even if it was one of those exploding targets they were shooting accross the flats.

L.O.L. YES I THOUGHT ABOUT IT I MUST ADMIT BUT IM AFRAID THAT BABY WAS GONNA STINK FOREVER! The beautiful cooler is what led me down in the was.. then the smell so i was a bit afraid about what was inside so called P.D. and when they arrived and went on hike with me they then sat back and agreed that it was oficially the wierdest call of the week!
