Awesome! ya after my truck decided it needed new coil packs we were restricted to glassing area that kinda stunk so my kiddo is pigless yet again. but dang sure had ton of fun with my daughter. especially after I said we could sleep on ground cuz cool enough scorpions wont bother us then 5 min affter fire started a dang scorpion ran right between daughters feet... ya we slept in bed of truck.. man I see few pics of some gr8 pigs posted under youth thread.. gr8 job kiddos!

Took my daughter up for pig and truck croaked before we left highway and had to leave truck in cottonwood with mechanic. So our trip delayed till 2nd weekend.. Has anyone harvested a stink pig yet??

Water mocasins will drop in your boat while fishing on bayou. I have also had way to many close encounters with rattlers! dad would always know when I was a kid when I would step on 1 dove hunting cuz he would here bang! bang! thud... then follwed by me screaming unmentionables. I also have had full contact with 1 but fortunately barely juiced me do to my pretty good vertical leap and shotgun blast that damaged my boot. that day when I returned to truck 1 was under truck then 1 in road 50yards up rd. never hunt outskirts of new construction cuz snakes radically higher in numbers due to losing former homes. Btw coachwhips are awesome but in my experience quite moody and they will whip the snot out of ya
