15x58 ed positively not as good as newest15X56 BL in Germany model 62045 IPROMISE! The assembled in china version has ridges on top and Germany model looks like old model ed's smooth on top but significantly more ergonomic.

Pretty much all those reviews were comparing the assembled in China version. I just bought a pair from a guy on here a month and a half ago or so I didn't really get along with them I was going to sell them to another member until I compared them side by side with the vultures. So I asked somebody I knew if I could use his newer version made in Germany the BL model 62045 and compare the three of them and it was hands down better but I would definitely pick the vulture second on the 15 X 58 ed 3rd or I wouldn't pick them at all actually

Old 15x58 ed do not touch newer German madel 15x56 model #62045 There was a china asembled minox model in middle that wa no bueno. There is a pair of 15X58 ED available in flag for $400 but better to buy hd vultures. Have owned a few lately and it was clear the older 15x58 just cant hang next to newer hd glass for around same $

I'm telling you that's a pig roasting son of a gun if you were in Phoenix I would have snatched it up and then my wife what are yelled at me cuz there's no room for it

This hits home.. 33 yrs ago I wandered lost for 8 hrs in kaibab I was 10yrs old. I think I sang Jesus loves me 5, 000 times. Many tears any many screams finally alerted a hunter who had already harvested but was out for a hike. It was the general hunt and was unseasonably warm that day and I had stripped down to t-shirt so with snow coming that night Iim quite thankful for the angel that was sent. My heart and prayers go out to the family
