I think it is same as mine and I lay it in boat and put it on boat at lake.. It is a back breaker but sure works good.But still a lot lighter than most 4 strokes. And more affordable. only problem with mine is motor plus big fat dude in back makes it hard to see where I'm going.

Always good to see a new dove hunter! Piece of advice for you cuz dove hunting seems to have most offenders. if someone hooks you up with location just take family and not your friends and make, sure they know your taking family. this Sir will take you long ways. You are in some great country and Maricopa I believe still has some good dove shooting around dairies. Last time (5yrs ago or so) they had a pay thing set up to be able to hunt some of the properties kind of a organization of some type. Afternoons if you get near a waterhole you are golden! Good luck and I'm up for a afternoon dove scavenger hunt down that way with you if you want some day next week

Tell ya what I flat out get sick to stomach if I lose animal. I also gave myself a self appointed leave of absence from the game after 3 years in row making same exact bad shot! 😞 how could I possibly shoot 3 coues bucks 3 yrs in row with what I thought was broadside shot but turned out to be quartering away.. Well simple illusion when sitting at angle in Chair in a blind. Within same time period I had cam of bow hit knee and cause ARROW to strike big bull in schin at just 15yards. Poop happens and I think i have finally learned??? We must learn from our mistakes, wish I was a quicker study! As for the "poke and hope guys" it really is horrible and I encourage all to speak with this kinda person and maybe help them see what they do is wrong. It is a animal and should not suffer and thinking about someone doing this intentionally kills me.. I wish i could go back and fix all my shot mistakes for sure.. More so I wish I was better blood trailer for those unintended bad shots.. "Unethical deer" 😌

Now I gotta go take a look but sure it is fire/safe. This gun belonged to grandpa and I just don't have need for it and have never even shot it. I have few others I have kept of his but this one needs some use. I'm often impressed with the old Sears guns and some day I will get nice 22lr

I have shot and wounded animals. I have killed animals I could not find. 33yrs of rifle, pistol, archery big game hunting equals many dissapointments and much suffering from buck fever. I think what we do after we realize we killed it and will not find it more defines us as what kind of Hunter we Are. So you go home or do you stay and fill the tag??? Good luck in the field and I pray I shoot straight this year. ☺
