I will set up and shoot at 2-300 yds (my confident range) even when I possibly could get closer. Im comfortable / confidant and I will shoot. There is no difference between that scenario and someone else who puts the time and practice in to accurately shoot farther. Just gotta know your limits. I have however, heard of shooting that makes me cringe a little but to each his own.

Its tough to do the job correctly with all the red tape involved. I know from experience that most of the guys on the ground are doing thier best with what they've got. Prescribed fires are a whole lot cheaper to manage than wildfires and leaves less destruction in its path.

The challenge will be there in 30A. Access is rough but as with all the units it holds some good bucks. You are definately gonna want to do some scouting though.

Im having a tough time finding something on paper that states the right to leave cameras on Forest Service land. The argument is that it is abandoned property and should be confiscated. Help me out, I may be able to prevent some THEFT.

I figured someone would be able pull some kinda regulation on the subject. All I am able to come up with is Arizona State legislature, No Federal Directive.

Im bettin the pic is fake. It seems that you would be able to see part of the body on the other side of the tree and I have a hard time believin the elk got struck near the base of the tree. I could be wrong, cool pic regardless.
