Dear Mr Quimby, Today I was on the phone with a new client and we were tryin to work out a time to meet up at his house, when I told him I was huntin in the a.m. and that I could"t meet him that day he told me he was goin huntin the next day and that we could't meet that day either...Next thing I know we've been on the phone for over a hour just talkin about the good old day's and he mentioned your name a bunch of times He is 72 years old and loves huntin as much as I do...And REALLY misses your column in the azstar....He say's he is goin to get on this site in the mornin just to read more of your readin We are both happy you are on here Terry Lambeth

Bill,that's exactly the way to do it,it's called "barbacoa" in spanish;also another great way to do it and it looks and taste simillar is "birria". Has any of you ever tried the deer birria?? Sweet find Do you have a lion tag, and watchen for them critters? Cuz thats what everybody needs to start doin in this state...This year there has been alot of hunters seeing lions..I just can't hardly wait tell I see one
