I have a 2001 Polaris Sportsman 400 quad for sale. It has new rear axles, new battery, new belt and runs and drives great. It has lots of power and gets great gas mileage. It has a winch but needs wired. The tires are OK but will need replaced soon. It has 235 hours and 1700 miles. PM me if interested $2500. Im in North Phoenix...

Jim deVos, Assistant Director of Wildlife Management at the Arizona Game and Fish Department, provided the following information update regarding the Big Boquillas Hunt Program: As the deadline approaches to apply for 2016 pronghorn and elk hunt permit-tags, the Arizona Game and Fish Department has been made aware of website information indicating a substantial increase in the permit fee structure for high-demand hunts on the Boquillas Ranch in Game Management Unit 10. This information is on a web domain apparently associated with the ranch's lessee. The 750,000-acre ranch in northwest Arizona, which accounts for approximately 50 percent of the land in Unit 10, is owned by the Navajo Nation. Game and Fish continues negotiations to renew an access agreement with the Navajo Nation Department of Agriculture. Hunters might have noticed information on the lessee's website indicating that the permit fee rate has been raised to $500 on some hunts, according to: https://huntbigboranch.com/ranch-hunt-access-rates/. This recently posted increase is not consistent with the negotiations that the department has had with the Navajo Nation. The department and the Navajo Nation remain committed to establishing a lower permit fee structure, as well as reaching a long-term access agreement for the ranch. In December 2015, the Director of the Navajo Department of Agriculture made a presentation to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission indicating a strong commitment from the Navajo Nation to develop a collaborative approach to managing wildlife and hunter access on the Big Boquillas Ranch. In negotiations with the Navajo Nation, the Nation has agreed in principle that modest fee increases are important to preserve hunting and hunter access as part of the collaboration between the department and the Navajo Nation. In fall 2013, the parties reached an agreement ensuring public access in exchange for Game and Fish enforcement of ranch rules designed to increase respect for the Navajo Nation’s private property on the ranch. The department originally supported a $60 annual Recreational Access Impact fee charged to all people entering the ranch to offset the impacts of recreation. The department’s support of this fee, and the enforcement of the ranch rules, shows its willingness to find new solutions.

Thought I'd throw this on CWT before Craigslist for a reduced price. Its about as brand new as brand new gets. Only difference is it's already put together. I just dont use it and moving to a smaller place. Item is located in Payson, but I travel to Phoenix almost daily so I can meet you somewhere. Selling my Fujinons. Have used them for many years as back up glass but its time to let them go. They come with a tripod adapter, original box, cordura case, and ocular lens covers (no objective ones). The glass is perfect and the rubber armor is pretty good too but shows handling marks. These really are good glass and whoever jumps on this deal wont be disappointed, Some of the other folks on the site might be able to speak to there quality as well... $400.00 bucks face to face or 425 shipped. This is a large outdoorsman tripod with a large extendable center post. Actually a pretty cool setup. It allows us taller guys (im 6'4) to stand while glassing without making the tripod any longer. This is a slightly older model of tripod and one of the leg locks is a twist lock and one is cam lock. Tripod works perfect and is in great shape. It does have a few scratches on its black powder coat, but thats really it. New one will cost you 570, someone can have this one for $425 shipped. I live in Payson.... Dog feet not included in sale...

This is a scope I mounted on a rifle and ended up selling the rifle. Hasnt even seen field use. Its a sweet scope and has a fine dot in the middle of the crosshair. I wish more companies would make reticles this way. Its model 8428 which I believe is being discontinued (or has been). Anyway, its a Nikon, awesome scope, phenomenal warranty and its as new as used gets. It comes with original box, an extra turret kit (has interchangeable turrets), sunshade and lens cloth. I dont have lense covers for it for some reason. I paid 700 you can have it for $450 shipped....I live in Payson
