Browning'sCustomMeat replied to Azhunter84's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I am a Jennings fan (G2SL)Love it and its short, quick (305fps), lightweight and quiet. But you need to shoot whatever bow you come across. COMFORTABILITY is key... Shoot Shoot Shoot! -Jeremy- -

If this has been talked about before sorry for bringing it back up, but I was thinking last night... Scenario: You are out hunting, you take a shot at an animal...the 30min-1hour mark has past and you are now on the blood trail. It is getting dark ( past shooting light ) and you find your game and it is not dead. Do you...

What a stud!...the buck Gino, not you! -
No just thinking is all. My #4 child and I were talking about hunting and as we talked I thought about all the animals I have harvested in the afternoon and evening and wondered "what if this would have happened?" What would I have done? I would finish the job of course, I would look past the law on this one. I have respect for the animal and that would be the most ethical and humane decision in my opinion. Plus, I wouldn't want the meat to get too gamey! -Jeremy-

Awesome shed. Good Luck finding that guy. I would have loved to seen that horn not broke, any guess as to how long the eyeguard may have been? -Jeremy0
