Personally I would not eat it. I have heard its great but I don't think I got the stomach for it. Its weird enough for me to see an animal of that size as white as a chicken. I think its a mental issue for me. And would I cut it? Yes sir, I would. I have before and would do it again. Bear and lion I just can't imagine eating but to each their own.
