Haha... I remember that thread.....that was the thread that turned me from a "Lurker" to a Avid Member. I don't know Rhonda or anything about her facilities other than the stuff I hear and read. How the crew cuts there I am unaware of, but 40 min? Come'on. Animals in the condition in the first set of photos would not be allowed in my shop...AT ALL. I have turned hunters away before, simply told them " If you don't care on how you brought it in then I don't care cut it." Sure, dirt and debris get on animals happen and I can clean but it does create a TON of waste. But those were just gross. Look at my Pinned Topic in The Campfire about the Processing FAQ's.
