Patagonia, take the dirt road that runs next to the high school. Follow it back to where it splits. Go left for about 2 miles , the road will get very rocky and you will end up going threw a wash for about a half mile. Any where around that wash area you see Turkey. We saw 4 big toms together on a horse ride last month.

Stay low close to the abandoned airport. Government tank, and that area are normally good. They are always in the juniper and sage in that area.

Unit 8 don't waste your time. My Dad and I have hunted there over 50 years and I have only seen one whitetail in all that time. And that was in the early 90s. It was a good size buck all by himself. Watering on Nagler tank.

Honestly I like right at the edge of the pines and where the junipers start mixing in. I've always hunted unit 9 or 8 and have had my best luck in the junipers in late season.

Make better plans or stay home. Save the money and regroup.
