No, it’s Tuesday night at 730. Once it’s dropped off at usps I am have no control over anything. If you want to pay for overnight shipping we can give it a shot but I am not making any promises. Best bet would be to pick it up in person. I don’t use vortex tripods so I have no idea what mounting system you have on it. If you have some sort or anvil30 or equivalent arca rail then yes it will fit
