I feel your pain as well, but it sounds like you need to start sitting down and glassing areas that may look good. Not sure how you hunt or where, but by glassing miles of terrain you'll be surprised at just how many deer are there that you would have never seen.... including bucks. All of those areas you named have great deer all over. There have been many times I have been to a complete brand new area and just wigned it. Sat down and glassed and picked up deer for the very first time in the new spot. As a matter of fact this weekend was a good example. Glassed up a great Coues buck, and went after him. Didn't get him, but was very happy to see a buck and get a stalk. Find a good water hole and look for tracks. Put up a cam on water or on a trail. If you enjoy shooting your bow then that's reason enough to keep it, muchless to get out and take yer bow for a walk!

Please email me pictures of the animals you have taken while using the Range Snap to christian@jaciarchery.com I would like to add more pictures to my photo album on my website. I see plenty of success using the Range Snap on different forums throughout the US (definitely including CWT!!!!) but get few emails and pictures from customers, like I had hoped...... It is great to get emails and pics showing success and a wonderful story to follow! Always makes me smile every time knowing my product helped. For the ones who have emailed me pictures, thank you. For those who haven't please do so when you get a chance. Good luck this year on your hunts and thank you for your interest in the Range Snap. For those of you not familiar with the Range Snap, here ya go. Amanda sells them in her store in the link below and just got a new shipment in! http://www.coueswhitetail.com/bookstore/range_snap.htm Archery season is among us. If you hunt with a range finder you may want to check them out. Don't chance it, Snap it and be sure! Here are a couple of pictures

Browning's Custom Meat Processing
stalkincoues replied to Browning'sCustomMeat's topic in The Campfire
Just ate some of the bear sausage from my bear that I picked up from you on Saturday you processed for me. The spicy sausage was fantastic!!! Great job, Jimmy Dean would be jealous! It was very hard to beleive it was bear meat! In fact I may try the old switch-aroo and see if some one else (unknowingly) can tell the difference. Hope she doesn't kill me, LOL haha !!! I thought for sure I was gonna have a Coues for ya to process for me yesterday, but the old stalk didn't quite work out like I'd pre-empted. I thought for sure I was gonna get this great buck I'd glassed up. Was thinking I was going to call you at any time........ Oh well, I was happy just to get a good stalk in for the day. Thank you and keep up the good work! I will bring any animal to you I get when in the area for sure! -
WOW!!! Great buck!

Whitecloud contact info?
stalkincoues replied to stalkincoues's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Thank you! That was it. I appreciate your response. -
I have heard a few on here reccomond White Cloud gunsmith. I've been trying to call at his number listed but only rings a few then goes right to a fax with no voicemail or message. Any body have an actual number? Is he still in business? The number listed is 602-439-3389. I'm looking to get a longrange rifle built up and need some work done from a reputable gunsmith. Who else would you reccomend in the Surprise to Phoenix area (west side)?

Kimber 84M .204 Ruger for trade only, Brand New unfired and 100%!!!
stalkincoues posted a topic in Classified Ads
*************Possible deal pending*************** I may have something worked out. Meeting up with a guy tomorrow that has a few options. I'll pull this ad once rifle is gone. Thank you for all of the inquires and interest! I have a Brand New unfired Kimber 84M .204 Ruger that is 100%! This is a beautiful gun with a gorgeous Walnut stock that has just been sitting in my gun safe for about a year or so since I bought it...... It has a heavy stainless fluted tapered barrel. Trigger is super crisp with no travel. I am looking for a larger caliber long range gun. I want a synthetic stock and a gun that is not a super heavy gun with a light crisp trigger. Probably more of a custom build. Open to a few calibers. 7mm Mag, 270Wsm, .300 (a few options of calibers), let me know what you have. I would like a proven gun, sub moa with a load that has already been worked up and can be communicated and given to me. I'd like the gun to have a higher end high qualtity scope on it. I do have a new in box Leuopold 4-12 x 40mm scope I can throw in to help even the deal with an expensive scoped rifle if needed to be. I need the value to be equivelant of mine. Please let me know what you have. I will also include 4 boxes of Hornady 32grn V-max Bullets @ 4,225 FPS for the proud new owner!!! -
Kimber 84M .204 Ruger for trade only, Brand New unfired and 100%!!!
stalkincoues replied to stalkincoues's topic in Classified Ads
Thank you for the site. That is probably the best place to find a long range gun huh? I was hoping to trade here face to face for ease, but may just have to sell it and buy another. Thank you. -
Kimber 84M .204 Ruger for trade only, Brand New unfired and 100%!!!
stalkincoues replied to stalkincoues's topic in Classified Ads
You are probably right! I was just hoping for the best. Was just hoping to get a set up all ready, too much too ask for I am sure. The Kimber is around $1,000.00 new, and this gun is new minus the store it's bought from and the tax paid to it. We'll start with an even gun trade and go from there. C'mon guys don't make me sell this and start from scratch, or consider taking to Cabelas for a trade in just to get started ! I think I could hopefully get more of a value out of a trade and for the trader as well. -
Will you be getting back to us?

***Trade Pending***Leupold VX-III 8.5-25x50mm W/ Varmint reticle
stalkincoues replied to stalkincoues's topic in Classified Ads
Oops, my mistake. I just type VX-3 because it was a little easier than the VX-III not realizing there was an actual difference. This is why I took a pic of the box so I did not misrepresent my scope. I'll change the title, thank you. -

Leupold VX-III 8.5-25x50 with a 30mm tube. Long Range Target Riflescope With Varmint reticle and Wtt only. Looking for a 4.5-14 x 40 or 44 in a Leupold VX3, Mark 4, Zeiss or Swarovski. I want a scope with the target turrets and an adjustable objective (long range target). I'll expect the cash difference in value so it may not be a straight trade depending what you have. This scope is in perfect shape and only been to the range a few times. NEVER in the field. I have the box and everything it came with new. Registration card is unfilled and supplied. Let me know what you have. I have this same scope in a 6.5-20 and is a very nice scope! I just need something more suitable for deer. Below is the link to Leuopold that tells about the scope and shows the reticle as well as a link to show the value of this scope $1,049.99 with Varmint Reticle, make sure to click on the $80.00 upgrade for this reticle. Thank you! http://www.leupold.com/hunting-and-shootin...g-range-target/ http://www.opticsplanet.net/leupold-vx3-85...riflescope.html [atta c hment=28319:varmint_hunters.gif] -

I'm from Safford as well, K-12. Not there now but may be back soon. Was there last weekend visiting friends and family. Will be hunting around there next week and there early next year. Not really a fair comparison, both are two totally different towns with completely different offerings....... On the other hand..... Florenece is a much better place than Coolidge
