Phil, have you run this machine up around Payson and on the Rim much? How does it do at higher elevations, with it being carburated. Your racking system is awesome. Addresses the need to carry more than two people and also the need to carry your equipment too. Really like what you have done. It also looks lifted a little too, is that the case? Take Care, JLG.

I started out with a Manfrotto Pistol grip that I loved until I bought a HDV701 panhead. The Triclawps sells these to go with the the Triclawps and that is how I came by mine. I love them very stable to shoot from. I have three different plates, one for the Triclawps, one for my spotter and one for my binos, very easy to go from spotting to shooting. I have also talked two of my friends into the same panhead too so we can mix and match equipment. I want to get a couple other friends that I hunt with the same panhead as well. Not having matched equipment last year probably cost us a 90 to 100' buck. The HDV701 is a great, great panhead and I recommend it highly. Also a huge fan of the Triclawps too. I have 3 and am buying a 4th. I actually, started leaving them attached to my gun all the time, so you can pull your binos off the tripod and slide your rifle into place. Saves valuable time when getting a shot set up. Most of the time it doesn't matter but sometimes it does, Take Care, JLG.
