We had some amazing fajitas Saturday night. Ben is holding our dinner. From field in the morning to table at night. Doesn't get much better. We had ten people at my place, great food and great comradarie. Love the weekends at the RNC.

Joe killed his bull today in 22n.

Special thanks to Average Joe (Jason) they stayed at my place this weekend and left it in great shape. Dishes washed, beds made. It looked great. Jason and his family are welcome back anytime. Thanks JLG.

Was up on the Rim glassing for a buddy for archery elk yesterday. A few pictures I took.

Just friends of friends this year. Playing designated glasser this year. Not that deep into Cardio Rehab yet. Have another 14 weeks. Honestly feel pretty good at this point and have probably already pushe'd it past prudent. Helping out on the Thanksgiving weekend hunt but staying at this place in Christopher Creek. Home of one of the tagholders Alot of the guys stayed there last year and had a blast. Good food and lots of laughs. Looking forward too. Our pig tags this year will be in 18b. 22 has them and we saw 4 herds during deer season but we get into more in 18b then 22.

Azcoueshuntr and his family have my place the evening of the 10th of Dec thru the 14th. Option on the 28th thru the 31st if they need to comeback. Thank you Alfredo. Great talking with you.

Jason booked my place for the Nov 22 late bull hunt and I have Ross and Michele using it for a unit 23 late cow hunt the following weekend. The tag is Michele's, it will be her first hunt.

Good day here in Payson. My buddy Tom killed his first deer in Arizona in 38 years. Just finished a dinner of fresh deer fajitas.

That weekend it did and she is a great cook. Fresh elk fajitas from a few weeks back.

I went out the first three days of this season and never glassed up a deer. We drove by a few does. It has been a long time since I have gone three days without glassing a deer. I was helping two father's and their young sons so in spite of a great weekend outdoors and the first real hiking and hill climbing I have done since a heart attack i had September 1st out dove hunting, I was disappointed I couldn't get the kids on deer. It looks like one father and his 14 year old are coming back this weekend for one more try. If the kid takes a deer it will be his first one. This is his fourth tag. Kid loves the stuff and is a very good shot. I have spent sometime in 4a this summer and have seen very few bucks. Any thoughts or advice on these units would be appreciated. PM'so welcome. Jake thanks for your info by text. My old phone badly needs to be upgraded so it is hard for me to keep a charge on it right now and I don't have your number on my new phone yet.
