Positive it is 2 different bulls. Neither makes 300". Top bull is only a 5x5, and bottom bull is a 5x6. Bottom bull is getting close to 300. probably in the 280" range.

Yeah 320 will be very flat. I was shooting 316 with a 378gr arrow, and my pins were stacked. I switched to a 455gr. arrow @ 285 FPS and I will not shoot light arrows ever again. Wind drift is considerably less and penetration on the target seems to be a whole lot deeper with my new set up. Post some pics of your new set up, I have never seen a Knightmare.

Put the zeiss on whichever rifle you choose. Caliber really means nothing in the above stated rifles. They all have plenty of knockdown out to 500 and beyond. I like the 30-06 with 150gr bullets. Nice light rifle with not a whole lot of recoil. Plus it already has the best scope on it. Don't worry about caliber, go with which gun feels the best, is easy to pack, and shoots well enough at 300 yards.

refurbished and they still have chips? Did you opt not to put new lenses in them?

How fast are you wanting to shoot? What weight arrow? I recently went to a heavy arrow at a slower speed and boy did my accuracy go up.

I will say, that it is pretty rare, and I have spent a bunch of time up on those hunts over the last 7 years, and I have still yet to see one. I would do it like my buddies and put out cameras and if you start seeing elk, then buy the tag. IMO Buffalo are easier to find than the elk. Very easy to see where the buffalo have been because of their destructive foot prints in the mud. I will say that where the buffalo are usually killed and where the elk that I know of have been killed, are polar opposites in location in 12aw.

I have found very fresh Piles of elk scat in 12aw. I have 2 different friends who have killed elk on the deer hunt. Both happened the same way, trail cams set up caught pictures of elk a few weeks before the deer hunt, and they both tagged an elk on opening day.

LOL!! Wow!. That thing is a giant all around. I was thinking the same thing about the guys in the 70's. Great Antelope, and thanks for re-affirming to me that Antelope are by far the hardest to judge from a picture.

That is a terrible story, I had a similar event happen to me about 10 years ago with a bow. I ended up getting restitution checks for 3 years that totaled the 250$ I spent on the stolen bow. Makes me second guess every used item I buy now!

85"

They are not allowed to make interest on your checks. I used to be under that assumption as well.

Sounds like a great, safe idea. What could possibly go wrong with everyone shooting in the air at "unmanned" drones? Very logical guy with sound ideas and solutions to complex problems.

That is because you guys kill GIANTS!!

Not to change the subject, Eli, if you ever have time or want to, I would love for you to post some pics of bucks that have been ground checked and put their scores with their pictures. I would like to see bucks from 75" on up and see how different horn configurations often add up to similar scores. I think it would be neat to see the difference between say 3 75" bucks,--3 80" and some of those giants your guide service has killed. Antelope and sheep IMO are the hardest to score from pictures.
-
Very nice buck, prongs are longer than 3" probably closer to 5. I think this buck is 85" That wacked out horned buck is my end all be all. He is gorgeous, and would be a great mount on my wall

This is really a very unfortunate scenario for anyone to face. I completely agree with the verdict, and can not stand how Zimmerman was, all but hung, by the media lynch mob. The judge did not allow key evidence on Zimmerman's behalf, i.e. Trayvon's drug use, cell phone pictures depicting fighting, gang signs, marijuana, and text messages that IMO were relevant as to his demeanor in life. Thank god that our country was able to find jurors who did not make their decision based on emotion, rather than facts.

Contact Lance @ Timberland outfitters. They put a healthy amount of Bison down each year in 12a. He is a member of this site, and his guide service has a great track record. The buffalo seem to hang right on the national park boundary. If you go scouting before your hunt, it is not hard to see where they have been. They will stay in the park if they get too much pressure, just need to do your research and hope to be in the right place at the right time. I have seen them a few times while up in 12aw, but I would not call it a regular occurrence. Good luck on a great tag.

86" no doubt.

3 scores below the prongs? Is this possible? I would love to see these antelope, I love big antelope. 18" horns sounds amazing!!!!

You guys are my hero's.. Not a chance in the world that I would get that close to a pissed of cat in a hole like that!! Great video and great dog work!!

Looks like a beautiful bear to me. Appears to be younger with tall ears and long snout.
