Criminal citations can be sent in the mail and don't have to be signed if there is a summons. If it was given in person he had to sign it (not admitting guilt)

Weird place to post this but yeah you're screwed. No mercy from the commission so most likely gonna pay a good fine and will lose your license for 5 years. Don't waste your time going to the commission meeting because it's gonna be a 5 year revocation. Learn from your biggest mistake: DONT VOLUNTARILY TALK TO POLICE. Correct but people still want their kids to get the bonus point. Also counterintuitive to require hunter ed for kids under 14 but because of their incompetence they just wave the requirement.

This all started when they forced local hunter ed teachers to jump through all kinds of stupid hoops to be able to teach the classes. Most decided it wasn't worth it and stopped doing them which has led to what we have now with hundreds if not thousands of people trying to get maybe 100 spots in a class every couple months.

Also it's not based on how many they have had sold over 365 days. It's based on 10% of how many they had sold in 365 days.

Should an unlimited amount of NR's be allowed to come and hunt our deer? What other state allows that? Shouldn't we want "good things for residents"?

A couple of years ago it wasn't required to take any meat from lions or bears so depending on when, nothing may have happened to them. Should have stayed that way. Why dont they make you keep coyote meat? If its a predator who gives AF if you dont eat it. From 2018 regs:

I've seen several hunters shoot yearling bulls on an antlerless hunt. Therefore the reasoning of an antlerless hunt vs a cow hunt. If it were a "cow" hunt there would be a lot of illegal kills every year. Nubs can't be shed, therefore they are antlerless.
