Jim is right about me jumping over the cedar tree....this thing scared the crap out of me. I have never even bothered to look for snakes when tromping the hills in unit 10 but you can bet that I keep an eye out now. All I can say is I am very thankful that he rattled when he did. Phil

I'm heading up to 10 today to help out with trying to ground check one of the few big bulls that we have been seeing scouting. I don't have the tag but a good friend of mine does so I am in charge of the camera and call...I'll let you all know how we do in a little over a week. I spent the weekend in 10 and it was much the same as short pants described. A few bugles here and there but they weren't interested in answering any calls or working. Saw a lot of cows and calves without any bulls with them. Phil

I couldn't have said it better D.B., I completely agree that the use of trail cameras take alot more work then most realize and it is completely different then waiting for someone to do your work for you. I don't have a problem with guides or anything of that sort but I also understand and know first hand how much work actually goes into the use of the trail cameras. Just my 2 cents. Phil
