Just realized this was from 2017 .... disregard.

Honestly you could spend $40 bucks at Walmart or a similar place and probably get everything you need. Failing that, you could ask retailers or grocery stores if they can help you out. They usually bail all their cardboard so it's not a hassle for them unless they're being difficult. As for pods, I haven't used them myself, but it seems like most movers have some type of similar service. You might be better served just contacting movers and see what they charge v. what pods/smartbox does. I considered it once but the cost for having movers do the work wasn't enough more expensive to justify the savings. My two cents anyway.
