Hey guys, I drew my first out of state NM tag. Really excited to put in some work this coming up season. Ive got a couple questions.
Ive been e scouting like crazy in unit 17, the san mateo range and magdalena of course. Just curious how much the weather in january in new mexico fluctuates and if its the typical " Snow will push em down" mentality.
Also will the muleys be pushin does pretty hard that time of year . Is that pre , post or center of the rut?
Also will the deer be with elk or do they tend to feed in different areas. Any info greatly appreciated.
