I had the same problem. I applied for my son online and it wouldn't let me purchase his 2015 license because his 2014 license was not going to expire until 1/16/2015. I went ahead and put him in for the draw called Game and Fish to make sure this wasn't an issue and I was told it would be an issue if I did not purchase a valid license with a start date before February 10th. She told me all I had to do was go on the Arizona Game and Fish website and purchase a license and make sure the start date was before February 10th. The system would automatically update his information with the new license numbers and he would be put in for the draw.

The harness felt really great and fit really snug to my chest which was a huge plus, the killer for me was when I would try to pull the binos out of the pouch with one hand they would grab on the cover. I hike holding a tripod a lot and that just wouldn't work for me.
