Yes he is very vengeful and so I am worried he will do something violent should he get in trouble for anything.

Thank-you, Lance. I appreciate everyone coming forward with their interactions with him. Maybe I will be able to get something back if people keep seeing this thread. Or an affadavit that they bought something that belonged to me or my mom... I am not hopeful though and feeling defeated. 🥺

Thank-you. The bow and arrow stuff did not belong to my Dad or I. He likely bought that stuff with money from things he stole from us and sold, but my Dad and I weren't bow hunters, so you can keep those with a pure conscience. Thank-you for offering though. That is very kind of you.

Just FYI he didn't hit me. He was scaring me and I locked myself in the bedroom to get awatly from him. He kicked the door in. He manipulated me by threatening to blow his brains out, but I had an ex who acfualky did that, and he knew it, so he used that against me. In nursing school they teach us to take all threats of suicide seriously. He walked in the bedroom and got the bullets so I called 911 bc I didn't know what else to do living in the country all alone. I couldn't physically stop him. He is much stronger than me. I thought I was doing the right thing to save his life. 🥺

The paperwork says DV. I will take a pic of it when I get home. I am not lying about it.

He got a lawyer and had the charges dropped. The cops are the ones that charged him. I had called 911 bc he was threatening to blow his brains out in front of me. I had recorded the conversation and the cops listened to it. In his rant he said he had video of me pointing a gun at him. The cops asked me about it, and I said that Yes I had months before because I had locked myself in the bedroom during one of our arguments that was escalating and he kicked a hole tbrough the door. They went inside and saw the broken door, and he admitted to doing it so they took him to jail. In the mug shot it says criminal damage but on the paperwork the police gave him it says DV.

He was in jail for 1 night for domestic violence last year. I am working on trying to find my Dad's guns so my mom can get a stolen gun charge to stick.

He didn't ride bulls or broncs Lol. Only my extremely well-broke show horses that I had trained and sent to professional show horse trainers. Then I paid rope horse trainers so he could rope off 2 of them. We went to jackpot ropings. He never won a saddle while we were together. He won some money, 2 buckles, a jacket, and a yeti cooler. He had another saddle listed for sale on here that he said he won, but it wasn't his saddle and it wasn't even on one of my horses. It was on the neighbor's (Louis) palomino stud horse and the saddle belonged to Louis.

Unfortunately I am still technically married until my lawyer gets these papers filed. He is sure taking his sweet time and pissing me off. Been 3 weeks since I retained him. 😡

Yes. Thank-you for digging for me. I really appreciate it. That was his shitty saddle and he had it before we met so it is at least 7 years old. Mine is an original Dale Martin (he is no longer alive which makes the saddle worth a lot more money) 16" Clay Obrien Cooper roping saddle with full QH bars w matching breast collar and flank strap. All steel riggings are stamped Dale Martin. It is worth $8k (conservatively).

It's in the works. I have the serial numbers. I am trying to find proof that he sold them to show the police. My instinct tells me he did private sales so they wouldn't get linked back to him, but maybe I am giving him too much intelligence credits. I was hoping someone here might have traded or bought one from him so i could get an affadavit for the police that he in fact committed a felony....

You definitely know the truth. His dad said "Kenny only TAKES my guns" to me when I called to see if Kenny had given Eric any of my Dad's guns. He feels horrible. On Sunday, Kenny was supposed to return my mom's diesel truck he has been dribing to our house in KS with my shotgun and AR15 in it but he flaked and wanted to leave it at an Ace Hardware 40 miles away. Mom said no so he asked her to call the ins company to have it towed "bc it is leaking oil" suddenly. His dad, Eric ended up paying for it. He (Eric) texted me that with a sad face emoji. And of course, he did not leave my shotgun or my AR15 that he took from the house in KS without my permission in it like he said he would.

He has a new one in Nebraska he is shacked up with. Her Dad owns the hunting lodge he guides for. At least she was warned about him which is more than I got.

He never worked swing shift. He got up at 4am and was home at like 3pm. He worked at cassavant machinery in phx.

No it was not his. He thought everyone else's things were his. My stuff was his, my mom's stuff, my dad's and his dad's. He literally would buy me things for xmas and then give them away or sell them before I even used them.
