This is a GREAT TAG... Don't let this opportunity slip thru your hands... Have Tommy(crazyaboutcoues) scout of you... Last year during the Jan Hunt we saw SOME MONSTERS... I mean scary monsters... I saw one buck every morning for a week that would go 180... Tommy saw him a few times to... J-
-

Hey Everybody Does anybody know of any good scouting services? I have seen the kind of animals Crazyaboutcoues has been responsible for and I was wondering if anybody would recommend a service in AZ. I just don't have the time to travel to AZ enough times to do a great job scouting... I would like to do the Sept. Bowhunt.. J-

First I want to say welcome to the site... About the future... It is going to be all about money, if you can afford to put in for different states and a bunch of hunts you might draw each year... If not then it might be tough.... It is going to be tough to keep young ones interested when they hunt once every 7 years... jason

Any Scouting Services - Coues Deer
jamaro replied to jamaro's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Hey Guys... Just to keep everybody in the loop and hopefully serve as a reference for others that are thinking about trying a DIY service... I called Duwane Adams... WOW, what a great guy... He said that Scott was a lier (just joking). He seems like a real straight shooter. He has two services, one where he will take you out and one where he gives you hot spots on a map. His service is almost three as much but I got a better feeling from him then huntscout... You can really tell that this is his bread and butter... I guess at this point from my inital conversations it seems that huntscout is just getting start while Duwane has been around for a few decades. Regardless, I am going to give both services a try and see how they pan out. J- -
nope... Tommy (crazyaboutcoues) kept making fun of my girly truck... So I saved all my pennies and bought a 2005 CrewCab Duramax... Didn't you used to have a nissan??? j-dawg.
-
David.. That would be cool... I wold like to see how you pull your 4 wheeler.. J-
-
this is great info.. Thanks guys.. I am looking for something between 22 and 32 feet... a pull along.. I have a 2005 Duramax... It is nice to know that I can haggle on the price... I was just not sure... I have been kicking around the idea of a toy hauler but they dont' seem as nice on the inside... j-

WOW.. that is nice.. great job. -
Yeah I would be cool if they made an archery hunt at FBMC there are some MONSTER coues deer running around... and now that they kicked everybody out of the house and the they are building a new hospital close to behind the baseball fields there should be no real issues.... J-

looking for a smoke pole hunt
jamaro replied to jamaro's topic in Muzzleloader hunting for Coues Deer
the thing with texas is that it is pretty much all private land.. the license is about $50 but the guided hunt can run about $600 for a several hogs... From Silver City it takes us about 12 hours to get there.... IMO it is easier to drive.... j- -
hmm.. one herd bull.. I used to work at FBMC and there are quite a few big bulls running around there.. I wish they would open it up for a draw bowhunt, for deer. j-
