I still think the jury is out on that one set that opened... There are magnets in the inner sleeve that hold the blades down... I am not saying anybody is lying but I would like to know how they know the blades opened.... I just don't see it happening... In fact there natural state is closed.. The trigger needs to be hit for them to open and stay open.... Anyway, if you have any questions let me know... I know that broadheads are a very personal decision and that selecting one is all about trust. If you trust the heads then you will be fine.. If there is doubt then maybe you need to look elsewhere.. I know am going to try to kill a coues deer with one this year... J

Everybody that participated got $500 the winner got $5000... Tim did admit to super gluing his blades down... Seriously.... When that head hit the carpet nobody said anything.... It was crazy... J

Personally, I think as long as you practice in realistic situations at the distance plus 50% it is a game-time decision...If you are going to be shooting at animals at 100yards you need to be practicing at 150.. You also need to make sure that you have enough KE at those distances.. You can use Archers Advantage to figure it out... On one of my setups I can shoot pretty nice groups at 100 but IMO my KE is too low at that distance therefore I am limited to 78 yards...

I am just using the opportunity to share.... Look at this video.. http://www.midwestwhitetail.com/gallery/16...ason-blues.html J

Survey linkHow is New Mexico’s new hunting license draw system working for you? Is the State Game Commission listening to sportsmen? Is the decision-making clear and transparent enough? Take a few minutes and make your voice heard today. Fill out NMWF’s first New Mexico Sportsman Survey and share your thoughts and opinions on issues that matter to you. We'll share the results with the Game Commission and use the information to help formulate proposals that better serve New Mexico sportsmen like you. As a hunter or angler, you are responsible for funding the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish, which works to manage and protect viable populations of wildlife for all citizens. Nearly a century ago, a citizen body called the State Game Commission was set up by sportsmen conservationists in order to oversee the Department of Game and Fish and help keep money and politics out of crucial wildlife management decisions. So how is the State Game Commission doing today? What could be done to improve it? Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey and make your voice heard today. It's easy. Just[/size] click here. But this is your last chance. Complete it by 5 p.m. Friday, June 19, to register your opinion and make a difference for the future of hunting, fishing and wildlife in New Mexico. And if you've taken the survey already, feel free to forward this message to a friend.
