I think a Clinton style ban is real unlikely. Most likely I'd bet on some (supposedly symbolic, but unfortunately possibly precedent setting) concession like bump stocks were. I think the bigger worry is the average voter being turned off of Republican candidates (in spite of gas, inflation, etc; things that the avg voter thinks Republicans do right) because of the media harping on these whackos killing kids and blaming it nonstop on guns. Going for the emotional appeal.

Great hunting, good job! Didn't look like the creed blew the foxes up too bad, or were you hiding the damage? Which bullet are you using, soft points?

Looking to get into this caliber, figured I'd post here incase someone else in the PHX area is culling .243 from their herd. I have a good idea of the rifle I want already but if you are sitting on a threaded .243 rifle you want to sell, let me know. Also need brass, dies, and preferably softpoint (no match) bullets, sub 100gr. DM me what ya got

point to a single reply on this thread that actually compared the two rifles he asked about.

Bought a house with a hole that you dump money into pool, but it's in rough shape. Previous owner drained it a couple years ago (older, couldn't afford the utilities on fixed income before death). Located in North Central PHX Need a pool guy to chip out/ coat with pebble and probably new pump and filter too while I'm at it. Anyone you guys have used/recommend? Seems like most of the bigger companies just sub it out, but I don't know who the subs are. If you know any guys who do this work directly, I'd really appreciate their contact info! No real rush on the project, rennoing the house first before I move in anyway. Is waiting til the winter / what I guess to be the off-season worth it for a better deal? Never had to replaster before so wouldn't know. Thanks for any tips!

The black pebble finish one is what I have, I think the wilderness has a better paint job and costs more.
-
Neither, Bergara Ridge b14

Price seems off, I got my ridge for 650$ OTD not that long ago, 6.5CM. I liked it, put it in an HS precision stock now I love it. Shoots 1/2-3/4 moa if I do my part, with my handloads. Can't see why I'd pay more for another factory rifle.

My understanding is that the batteries will degrade over time and be expensive to replace, which is why you can pick up used Nissan Leafs for a pittance; they can only go around town now and battery replacements are worth more than the car. Maybe the newer batteries are getting somewhat better these days, but my 20 yr old Toyota with 150K miles that I use for hunting only still gets nearly 400miles to the tank. And I don't see an end in sight for the truck, I'll keep it around indefinitely. Just food for thought; if you maintain and keep your vehicles forever like I do it might be penny wise/pound foolish to think electric saves money.

Yup, that's awfully specific!
