after schlepping a can on a 24" barrel for a week I think I'll just pack earplugs next hunt. maybe that'll sway someone reading this. can't beat it for getting your dopes and load dev. I guess it changes the ballistics somewhat to not have a can for the hunt itself but unless you're also doing load dev and dopes at the same exact conditions as your hunt I would chalk it up to a wash. after re-zeroing of course.

saw the good news about the land sale being cancelled something I don't understand is; the purported rationale was to increase supply for building housing. how does that work with water requirements particularly in AZ. regular wood with a coating; used oil, oil stain, linseed etc. the coating is key composite decking sounds like a bad idea, that stuff is flexy. you'd probably need extra crossmembers. they make these fasteners for wood to metal connecting that work really well, have used on my trailer before. giant self-tappers with smooth shank near the head. Simpson makes good ones
