Not to get tooooooooooo bent out of shape but my frustration with San Carlos is the idea that I have to pay a fee, to travel across on their backroads to access national forest, then gates are locked and you have to be a criminal if you are trying to get to the national forest from the rez side.....................I have seen some pretty shady tactics over there on that line.................I quit going there, none of my money..................

Dang so much good information. we are going to try and enroll in some of the shooting classes at The Hub up in Pine Top, we both have shot "guns" all our lives but pistols not as much and honestly not the same amount of training as we did with rifles. According to the Hub information we will have access to used pistols there to try out, I believe simple is important as far as the pistol itself and practice, practice and more practice!!! Thanks for the input

Cole claims those are not all his and that his older brother was just using him as a pack mule! I remember that day well because there were 4 of us, all loaded and I was old man, we had to bail a pile of antler on the hike out and go back for the pile we dumped. Some of the funnest out in the woods I have ever experienced and great times spent with my boys!!!

My favorite is the antelope in the pines! We don’t see them often so always fun encounter! We have been in this area multiple times over the last four years and i am positive walked within ten feet of it 😩! Beautiful weather, water running, a few patches of snow and I wasn’t fast enough to get pictures of the turkey we saw!!

I liked how he recommends scaring coyotes away from your home......

These weren’t “urban” but we kept them from infringing 😂! My first ever successful double! They came in on Cole’s side and I watched the coyote through my scope as he pulled the trigger only to see just the head of the little guy in a little dip maybe 10 yards closer so I let it fly!!! I suck at drawing tags but coyote calling is one of my favorite things to do!!!

Do you take visitors, can we come visit??? I would love to go on an actual pheasant hunt!!! Also, what can we do after we shoot the 3 roosters? Coyote calling right!!! I ain't joking either......
