We bumped into a G&F Ranger tranquilizing cow elk on FS 26! Visited with him while he waited for the cow to go down! Asked him about the sheep in the general and specifically how far they range from one place to another! Quote, “We has a ram from this area show up down by Deming, NM!” Is that even realistic? Amazing if so!

He could be one of the biggest typicals ever killed in AZ with a bow and assuming he doesn't shrink too much during the 60 day drying period he could be close to top 10 pope and young in all the world. Once again thankful for this awesome buck and thanks to my wife for putting up with my obsession. I'll post more pics later on.
