Yeah, I would say that Randy isn't a very good test of the product itself, but he is a pretty good model with the critters he takes........dang nice bull Randy. You need to come up to Snowflake and lets go hunt something easy like coyotes......and bring some of that extra opti stuff and I will put a real test on it. Putting the presidential race aside, this is possibly the most devastating issue to come across our ballot ever. If you value your right to religious freedom and everygthing else that comes along with this issue a YES vote is a must. Imagine this.......your church can't teach the adam and eve theory because you are being prejudiced against same sex partners. Boy Scouts which has already been severely damaged due to similar type pressure would have to shut down due to being prejudiced against girls, girls who like girls and guys who like guys......... Adoption agency in Mass. shuts down because of their policy to adopt kids to Male/Female couples...that has already happened.......... If you are a God fearing person and care at all about your rights to worship as you have in the past you gotta vote YES on this issue. This country was founded on a belief in God and Christ and this is a step in the wrong direction in a bad, bad way.....

That is the whole problem.....people keep trying to butt God out of the picture. So lets go ahead and set God aside....now all you have is it ain't natural even if you did come from some ameoba out of the water, black hole theory, big bang...........so now god is out and it is still the same issue....it just isn't natural...........

I also have benefited from the discussion, maybe helped me to be less of a bigot and like many have said haven't really changed my mind, if we didn't have both sides of the story it would be pretty boring. It is good to try and look through another persons perspective. I am a blessed man and am thankful daily for that..................

This response here mr. smith is an answer to your own question about this whole thread so get ready to start defending the freedoms of christians. The whole homosexual movement is an outright attack on the ground level teachings and beliefs of Christianity. If I felt it was only going to affect those who chose an alternate lifestyle I would care less about the issue, but unfortunately it will affect my lifestyle. When women wanted to join Boy Scouts, why couldn't they have just been happy with Girl Scouts? My boggotry is really coming out........."freedom" has to be responsible in order to maintain it. I have students who don't salute the flag in the morning when we say the pledge, it is their freedom, I respect that but don't expect me to like it. Kids riding on the bus to school can't freely roam about, it is irresponsible and dangerous........... My right to carry a gun is a freedom, but if I go shooting up the neighborhood I don't deserve to have that freedom..... Drinking yourself into a raging slop at the local joint is a freedom but has its consequences................ Remember that little game, kind of a hexoganal ball with all the different shapes you had to fit to get all the pieces inside.......no matter how hard you try to fit that square piece into the round hole....it just don't fit and it ain't right, I don't care how free you want to be to keep shoving that square piece......it just doesn't fit.................. And see bobbyo....that is just it......I don't care if you tell your kids that, but why do you insist on telling my kids that. I don't walk around telling other peoples kids how they should believe......................that kid that won't salute the flag.....I just let them stand there in a slump because it isn't my place to tell them different, that is their freedom..............

Mr. Smith, I never said I hated anybody, Hindu, Black or Homosexual, as a matter of fact I clearly stated that if one of my children ever declared that they chose a different sexual orientation I would love them to death and continue to try and teach them true principals. And yes it is all about faith, belief and opinion and that is what some of us have been expressing and exchanging...beliefs and opinions. I am not sure where your heritage lies, but my heritage came across the great waters because of faith and opinion. This country was established on people who had faith and opinion. It is as hard for you to believe that we have faith and opinion as it is for us to imagine life without it. I believe that the very foundation of this country was built off of faith and belief in a God and that we will in fact pay the price not in just in heck but right here on this American continent if we don't adhere to those commandments and laws that have been set forth through Christ. Yes that is my belief and what I base my opinion on and I know that is very hard for some to get a grip on, but that is how I base my daily actions and decisions. By the way which I don't do a very perfect job of, but it is my rudder and my compass. Just my opinion of course

Something nobody wants to think about is the what if's......don't you think that the bombing of the twin towers changed the course of this country just a little. GW Bush woke up one morning, he was reading books down in Florida with a bunch of grade school kids, minding his own business when all of the sudden his world came to a screeching hault as did all of the rest of us...................lets face it people, you can say what you want about Bush, but nobody up there on the stand can say they know what that is like...............did he get everything perfect.....not hardly, we wanted him to go kick somebody's ace and then got mad at him for kicking the closest dog that was lying around which happened to be the playground for Bin LaDEN....I intentionally left OSAMA off that if you didn't notice............... I don't like alot of things that Bush has done...but I ain't wearing his shoes..............What would OBAMA do in that situation.....what would McCain do in that situation...................tough questions ................

AZHUNT, I agree with the government has already stepped in the cowpie and now can't get it off their shoe and can't stop the stink. I guess that means I have a double standard....I don't want Gov. involved, but I don't want to have my rights as a father, grandfather taken away either........I want to be able to teach my kids true pricipals that are solid and will bring them happiness. Stanley, you have a good point with the worries of the world. My family has never had alot, we do go fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors, but when the bottom falls out of the financial world I hope and pray that my family will still be able to gather around the campfire and talk about the things that are important and have lasting importance, a family and their relationship with each other, their maker and the good things that life has done for us.

It is a moral issue which throws this into one of those ethical discussions which in turn falls into the eyes of the beholder. But, it is not natural, it is a law set forth by our maker....kind of like Zig Ziglar said about gravity......you can fight the laws of gravity all you want, but if you keep jumping people off the 10 story building you will continue to prove that law to be true. Does that affect me....people jumping off the building? No, because I know and understand the law of gravity. But what if somebody decides to make it look fun.......and now my neighbors kids want to try it....and next thing you know, my kids feel it is something they want to try.......does it affect me now??? I think most of us in the Christian realm, I guess I can't speak for all of them, but yes we are afraid. Afraid that we will now not be able to teach that marriage between a man and a woman are a gift from God because now we are discriminating. Are we discriminating? I guess we are, and that is our belief. I could care less if gays want to marry, but don't tell me in the same breath that I can't teach my kids it is a sin. I think there is probably something to say about keeping state and church seperate, big can of worms there that I don't understand other than the judges who are ultimately turning things around even though the majority has voted on an issue really makes the water murky.

Same thing I would do to any of my kids who decided to do things that were contrary to Christs teachings and natural human behavior.......love them to death and try to teach them how to deal with the abnormal feeling that they have. If they wanted to "come out of the closet" that is their choice. What would I do for an alcoholic child.....same thing... What should we do with people who kill their newborn child.....create laws that makes that OK? Love them to death and try to teach them the error in their ways............. We have already made laws that allow abortion.......or killing of an unborn child.........that is enough to send this country to the bottom of the ocean...........if my daughter chose to have an abortion, what would I do......love her to death and try to teach her principles that are in line with the teachings of Christ........
