The judge handed down the ruling on the pet bull killed up off Porter Mtn. Road..........8 hours of community service. G&F vows to prosecute via other means. I just heard it on the radio yesterday.....what is the consensus out there. I mean if G&F hauled it in then it has to be worth more than 8 hours community service. G&F is talking about fines and loss of hunting priviledges, things that fall within their ability, but what about the judicial system in this case?

Pretty good point Redline, makes sense to me....is there any diferentiation between "Discharging a firearm too close to occupied buildings" and taking a game animal in the process of discharging a firearm too close to an occupied building? When I originally posted this I had hopes of getting some of our officers to respond but realize they might be under some sort of gag order when it comes to something like this.

This is a hail mary and probably not very appropriate, but.....thought I would give it a try... I have one door at the Door Stop in Payson that I need to pick up, but they close at noon on Friday, today.......I really need that door and they can't ship it to me........ Anybody want to pick it up for me and meet me at Chilis......I'll pay for a meal or something???? Having not yet jumped too deep in to who Sarah Palin is, everything on the surface sounds great, like you say, guns, fishing, NRA and a mom that is pro lifer.....I like the spunk of McCain on this one......plus Obama crowd won't be able to do any negative adds about words swapped in the primary like Bahama and Hillary did........we'll see where it all lands us...hold on tight.
