Very nice Josh, I really like the scenes where all the sudden you see the end of that shotgun come into view and BAM. Pretty intense music backdrop as well. Looks like alot of fun. Be sure to keep us posted on the sales of your video. Can't have enough of those on the shelf. I especially like the AZ calling videos.........

    bowfishing finally

We slayed a bunch of carp about 20 years ago, was one of the funnest things I have ever done. They were boiling and you could either practice shot placement or shoot the flock. We waded around in the shallows and really we could have shot all day long, looking at the water that long killed my eyes I should have worn sunglasses. Is there any special stamp or permit needed these days or just a hunt/fish license???

Thanks for posting the links, more wolf, more condor, we are getting ready for the big hurt here. Did I read that right 20 million???? Why don't we spend 20 million trying to help the homeless and needy right here in AZ.
  7. I am sure you all have seen these but this one seemed pretty good. I haven't done the math to double check but sounds good enough to me.............. How many zeros in a billion? This is too true to be funny. The next time you hear a politician use the word 'billion' in a casual manner, think about whether you want the 'politicians' spending YOUR tax money. A billion is a difficult number to comprehend, but one advertising agency did a good job of putting that figure into some perspective in one of it's releases. A. A billion seconds ago it was 1959. B. A billion minutes ago Jesus was alive. C. A billion hours ago our ancestors were living in the Stone Age.. D. A billion days ago no-one walked on the earth on two feet. E. A billion dollars ago was only 8 hours and 20 minutes, at the rate our government is spending it. While this thought is still fresh in our brain... let's take a look at New Orleans .. It's amazing what you can learn with some simple division. Louisiana Senator, Mary Landrieu (D) is presently asking Congress for 250 BILLION DOLLARS to rebuild New Orleans . Interesting number... what does it mean? A. Well... if you are one of the 484,674 residents of New Orleans (every man, woman, and child) you each get $516,528. B. Or... if you have one of the 188,251 homes in New Orleans , your home gets $1,329,787. C. Or... if you are a family of four... your family gets $2,066,012. Washington , D. C HELLO! Are all your calculators broken?? Building Permit Tax CDL License Tax Cigarette Tax Corporate Income Tax Dog License Tax Federal Income Tax (Fed) Federal Unemployment Tax (FU TA) Fishing License Tax Food License Tax Fuel Permit Tax Gasoline Tax Hunting License Tax Inheritance Tax Inventory Tax IRS Interest Charges (tax on top of tax) IRS Penalties (tax on top of tax) Liquor Tax Luxury Tax Marriage License Tax Medicare Tax Property Tax Real Estate Tax Service charge taxes Social Security Tax Road Usage Tax (Truckers) Sales Taxes Recreational Vehicle Tax School Tax State Income Tax State Unemployment Tax (SUTA) Telephone Federal Excise Tax Telephone Federal Universal Service Fee Tax Telephone Federal, State and Local Surcharge Tax Telephone Minimum Usage Surcharge Tax Telephone Recurring and Non-recurring Charges Tax Telephone State and Local Tax Telephone Usage Charge Tax Utility Tax Vehicle License Registration Tax Vehicle Sales Tax Watercraft Registration Tax Well Permit Tax Workers Compensation Tax (And to think, we left British Rule to avoid so many taxes) STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY? Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago... and our nation was the most prosperous in the world. We had absolutely no national debt... We had the largest middle class in the world... and Mom stayed home to raise the kids. What happened? Can you spell 'politicians!' And I still have to press '1' for English. I hope this goes around the U S A at least 100 times!

    Toyota Recall

Built in 79, bought it in 86 for 4000, I put a new engine in it 15 years ago. I can change the oil, u-joints, carburetor, brake fluid, fan clutch, water pump, hubs, brakes and I hate mechaninican, don't really know what I am doing. Was seriously considering a Toyota Tundra, but after looking at the price and now knowing that the soft brakes on my old Ford are still better than the new ones on the Tundra, guess I will try and squeeze a few more years out of the old Ford.

    Toyota Recall

I have been watching the several claims on TV about the one guy who was driving down the road and all the sudden his car accelerated to 94 mph. He is even talking on the phone to 911 declaring he doesn't know how to get his car to stop, the brakes aren't working. Is there something about these new cars that I don't understand, I mean can't you just reach down and turn the ignition off and slow roll to a stop??? I realize that my 79 Ford truck is way behind the technology zone, but honestly...........

New Campaigne Platform for Al Gore

Man.....I better keep my mouth shut!! Went to church yesterday and was reminded of this little bit of scripture from the bible: "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." The sky is falling, the sky is falling.......................
  21. I saw this yesterday and my wheels, as small as they may be got me to thinking that I might beat Al Gore to the punch if I was fast enough here. New global warming indicator due to the shortage of the day. This caused by the 8.8 Earthquake in Chile. http://www.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/americas/03/...uake/index.html (CNN) -- The massive earthquake that struck Chile on Saturday may have shifted Earth's axis and created shorter days, scientists at NASA say. The change is negligible, but permanent: Each day should be 1.26 microseconds shorter, according to preliminary calculations. A microsecond is one-millionth of a second. A large quake shifts massive amounts of rock and alters the distribution of mass on the planet. When that distribution changes, it changes the rate at which the planet rotates. And the rotation rate determines the length of a day. "Any worldly event that involves the movement of mass affects the Earth's rotation," Benjamin Fong Chao, of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, said while explaining the phenomenon in 2005. Scientists use the analogy of a skater. When he pulls in his arms, he spins faster. That's because pulling in his arms changes the distribution of the skater's mass and therefore the speed of his rotation. Richard Gross, a geophysicist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, used a computer model to determine how the magnitude 8.8 quake that struck Chile on February 27 may have affected Earth. See scenes of devastation from the quake He determined that the quake should have moved Earth's figure axis about 3 inches (8 centimeters). The figure axis is one around which Earth's mass is balanced. That shift in axis is what may have shortened days. Such changes aren't unheard of. The magnitude 9.1 earthquake in 2004 that generated a killer tsunami in the Indian Ocean shortened the length of days by 6.8 microseconds. On the other hand, the length of a day also can increase. For example, if the Three Gorges reservoir in China were filled, it would hold 10 trillion gallons (40 cubic kilometers) of water. The shift of mass would lengthen days by 0.06 microsecond, scientists said.

    You be the POLITICIAN

Got to thinking the last couple of days what I would do if I was in his place. What if we as a group developed a health care plan we could present to our leaders. I am no politician, and don't know all the ins and outs of the game, but I bet we as a group could come up with a pretty sound plan. A couple of questions I have for the health care people: Why does it cost less for a proceedure if I pay cash than if my insurance pays? Why if I am paying my premiums does my insurance go up if I have to use my insurance? If the people of New Orleans choose to live below sea level and the lose their homes does my insurance premiums go up? I know, not medical related but you get the idea, insurance companies gouging those who have for those who aren't smart enough to live above sea level!!! Why do we subsidize instead of letting the free market take care of pricing? So, as a newly self appointed politician here are two parts of the New health care bill I wold like to see implimented: 1: Serious measures to eliminate fraud by insurance companies and insured individuals. 2: Let the free market control pricing. So I am trying to get the ball rolling here. Anybody care to chime in on what needs to be done with health care? Maybe you disagree with my starter proposals? What would you do instead?

    You be the POLITICIAN

1: Serious measures to eliminate fraud by insurance companies and insured individuals. 2: Let the free market control pricing. 3: Preventive care instead of proactive 4: Lower and cap the amount of liability to the doctors under malpractice. 5: Instead of paying out the butt for malpractice you should lose your liscence. 6: Heath care that limits torts on medical malpractice 7: Let consumers buy across state lines (provides more competition) 8: Secure the border and each US citizen be responsible for their own health care.(Edited on behalf of Lark) 9: No Lobbyist 10: Terms for elected officials 11: Bring troops home and protect our nation. 12: No government campaign funds. 13: Balanced budget no money don't spend it. 14: Commit a crime, go to jail and don't collect any pay. 15: Repeal the patriot act. 16: Terrorist beware!!! We brought the troops home and waterboarding is legal!! 17: Pass drug test for any government assistance!!!! 18: Is your current occupation "career public money moocher"?. Starting monday, you'll get on the bus and work on America's infra-structure just like they did in the CCC. You will get your check for the week when you get off the bus on friday. I like the CCC plan!!!
