Dirty tactics once again from the AZGFD! Now you'll know why to never trust them

So if we just be quiet and not talk about it everything will be just fine right? All I am sayin is if what I quoted is correct......what would have happened to me as a hunter, that is all I am asking. Would I get that same due process??? Yes, you as an American under the Constitution would have the same due process. Better ask if you would rather be judged in the courts or by the lynch mod that has formed on this forum? Cheers Exactly my point Jcubed.........If I am a G$F insider and I know they are going to let me off the hook with a slap of the hand then I want to be judged by the "system" who will let me walk for turning my tag over to another person as opposed to being judged by those who are going to hold me accountable by the same standard that they have been held to. Pretty simple, not wanting to lynch anybody, just want the meter to be the same. You keep avoiding the question posed.....did he leave the tag with another person, and is that not a violation? You talk about constitutional rights.....where in that constitution does it say some get one punishment while others get a lesser punishment for same violation?? If he doesn't get the same punishment as what I would get, my constitutional rights are the ones that have been trampled on because he and I were created EQUAL right? You bring up good points and obviously we don't see eye to eye on this and that is what makes the world go round. -

I would say.."some people on this forum"..."some" Ernesto C Ernesto, You are completely correct! "Some" is what I should have said...call it a lack of clarity! My apologies to the cwt community and my friends on here! So explain this for "some" of us who have "jumped" to conclusions: And I quote: 51, 330.) Wagner and Clay III followed the blood trail for about three-tenths of a mile until they ran out of blood and daylight. ( Id. at 51–52, 331.) They marked their position on their GPS, and returned to the water hole where they met Clay Jr. ( Id. at 52.) All three agreed the shot was fatal, and if they found it, they would find it dead. ( Id. at 52, 329–30, 333.) Clay Jr. and Clay III said they would look for the elk the next day, and if they found it, they would put Wagner’s tag on it. ( Id. at 52–53, 333–34.) Wagner left his tag in Clay’s truck and left for Phoenix that night; Clay III later gave the tag to Weeks because Clay III was going to be hunting and did not want to be carrying another person’s tag. ( Id. at 53, 335.) -

And he just made a stop in Texas today to brag about how raising taxes and growing government will save all.......in a state that completely does just the opposite. New York just missed out on 8 billion over the last 4 years because Bloomer put a shut down on fracking in that state.....yep you got it right DB -

I'm guessing that is what riles most of us.....wishing that same kind of leeway.....except, there was the decision to "leave the tag"....that is not a mistaken doe shot.......or a kids tag in his dad's pack...........that is a thought out, pre meditated violation of the law.....not just accidental.........committed by the upholder of the law. The preachers kids are always held to a higher standard.......... -
Love the little WT set....nice finds

Why can't all interviews be this entertaining?

I remember watching this interview, I recorded it so I could show my wife.......that guy said what really went down and that was awesome.... -
Interesting experience this weekend with all the talk about immigration, gun control and constitutional rights. I can't afford to buy lots of ammo at a time, and with the recent lack of ammo on shelves I pay close attention to what is on the shelf when I go in a store that sells ammo. I found a box of ammo I had been looking for and decided to buy it. Bought a pair of shoes for the kid, some socks and one box of ammo. My wife is paying with her debit card when the lady asks, "Are you a citizen of the United States?" I go, what????? Why are you asking that question??? Sir it is our company policy to make sure we are selling ammunition to citizens of the US...... Really??????? Wonder if the Feds know they are asking that question, I thought that was like against the law and profiling and all that stuff????

So I am dumb......is it legal to leave my tag behind with another hunter to recover my game and tag it??? Isn't that the real question here??? If I, normal hunter were to do this would it be legal???? -

I liked the part where they shot several arrows because of the limbs, hit the elk in the leg.........wow that there is criminal....interesting story, might print it out and keep it handy for quick reference just in case you ever get in a jam.... -

AJ, I agree but if we are gonna ask the question, then lets ask the question and bear(bare)?? the burden together, not just when it is convenient and politically correct. I don't want ammo in the hands of illegals, but I really don't want illegals here either, it is illegal......get my drift??? Wait....it is undocumented...sorry...... -

Which part....the part about my wife owning all my guns or that I got asked about citizenship??? Just kidding, I don't know what to think about it either, just thought it was interesting. Definitely made me think about the time we live in now as was mentioned earlier.....it ain't what it used to be that is for sure..... -

Exactly my point.....I get asked all the time to show verification that I am a citizen so why is it such a big deal for voter ID.......what is good for one should be good for the other................ Really it just caught me off guard......it also shows that gun registration will not stop crazies from getting guns....my wife has bought all my guns and I am the one who shoots them, uses them etc...........well I guess they really aren't my guns, they are hers........legally..... Just curious and if its over the line let me know but why did your wife purchase all your guns??? The ownership of my guns has been a fun topic of discussion in our family you know the old Jerry Reed song.....she got the gold mine........my wife would get all my guns cause the really are hers......... -

See I don't mind having somebody ask me those questions.....I am proud to be a citizen of this country and proud of my heritage. I just find it interesting where it is OK for people to actually ask me that question......and yet others are protected by law to not have to answer that question because they happen to be here illegal??? Ask away....but ask everybody not just somebody buying ammo...........I should have file a harrassment suit right??? -

I have a 22-250 I bought when I was 16 with money made from trapping coyotes back in 76. Never owned another gun until I got married and my wife started giving me great gifts at Christmas and birthday....thus, she purchased the guns and gave them to me.......in my 30 years of being married, and all the years previous, I have never purchased a firearm of any kind that was intended for me........... kinda weird but my wife never buys junk and all my guns have been great gifts..... -
Wouldn't be my first time. I used to do casts & blasts all the time when I lived in CO. Never caught a lot, hardly ever shot anything, but was always a good time. Even managed to mix in some predator hunting a few times, and that was quite fun. My thoughts for this are more along the line of hunting till I get a bird, and then fish whatever days are left. Of course, if I don't have a turkey by the end of the season, I could always extend my vacation to make sure I get in some quality fishing time-you know, to keep my sanity in good health and all..... What's the snow like in 1/27 right now? We hit a small patch of snow deep up in a draw on the north side of south mountain there at Alpine two weeks ago, very little out there but we were mostly in 27....
