I was listening to the NBA Commissioner announce the punishment.....and then take questions from the news reporters. Harlem Globe reporter......Mr. Commissioner does this mean you are going to consider letting more blacks become owners of NBA teams?? That right there is about as racist as it gets.....why not let who ever has the money to pony up buy the team no matter what their race is??? What if we put a quota on how many of each race can be on any given team to make it equal race opportunity? That is what they do with university enrollments right? Why not just go off of individual performance no matter what the race??? Sterling was wrong in what he said.....but they sure don't have a problem with the things that Sharpton spews....... OK.....I am a hypocrite.....I talked about it....

Good story Bill.......and like PackHunter said, if you are riding mules there are stories being made. When I was a teenager my brother took a bunch of us scouts in to McKenna Park there in the Gila wilderness using horses and mules. That trip was a life changer......we borrowed a mule....first mistake......that was not gentle....second mistake and within the first 2 miles we had lost our pack mule and all our groceries for the week along the trail. After we gathered up the mule and salvaged as much of the food as we could we did a "better" pack job on our not so gentle mule and continued on in.......it honestly was one of the funnest trips I have ever been on. Got exposed to my first ever Rainbow group tanning in their nothings along the river there .......riding mules and having a great laugh. After that trip my brother spent a lot of money and time getting together about 4 mules that I would have trusted with my life anywhere. Great memories.......

His family’s Carlson company, which owns Radisson hotels, Country Inns and Suites, T.G.I. Friday’s and other brands, is an industry leader in enforcing measures to combat trafficking and involuntary prostitution. Patrick Gage, 19, an heir to the Carlson hospitality fortune, at the session “Combating Human Trafficking,” a cause that is important to the company. It was rhetoric that Liesel Pritzker Simmons, 30, could appreciate. A strong believer in impact investing, Ms. Simmons received a fortune that Forbes magazine estimates at about $500 million, through a lawsuit against her father, Robert Pritzker, and other members of the family after she was left out of the Pritzker inheritance. In 2011, she married Ian Simmons, whose forebears were founders of the Montgomery Ward department store chain, and together they have become a recognizable power couple in philanthropic circles. “We want 100 percent of our assets to be value aligned or impact invested,” Ms. Simmons said. She and her husband recently formed the Blue Haven Initiative, a public-spirited investment office and philanthropic organization. The gravitas she commands as a boldface name, even among this silk-stocking crowd, meant that people wanted her attention as she made her rounds at the conference. “I was a little worried they were going to get a bunch of rich kids in the room and fund-raise for the Democratic Party,” Ms. Simmons said. “But they didn’t.”

Really curios and waiting to hear from somebody that can enlighten us on why some of these hunting organizations jumped in with the wolf program? What is the twist we don't understand? I know we have members of some of these organizations that frequent this site. Maybe we are working off of bad information?

We were out coyote calling one wintery day a couple of years back......had a larger than life predator coming in when we noticed the collar. Not wanting to end up in prison we abandoned the spot, got up and just watched as the wolf watched us. We attempted to scare the wolf off by jumping up and down and yelling at it.......it was not even fazed. Just stood there glaring at us like we were idiots...........the wolf was not afraid of us what so ever.......

Kidso, I hate to say it but this is only the beginning of the wolf encounters and the range will not be controlled......despite what the wolf people say. I really don't have a problem with the wolf idea as long as it becomes a part of the regular hunting draw along with all other big game animals.......

We have been AIMS testing this past couple of weeks, our schools get rated according to how our students perform. They are considering attaching teacher pay to test scores. Now due to Common Core that test is going to be changed beginning next year I believe. Part of the testing rules is no electronic devices as a students test may be "invalidated" if it is discovered that they have one, so as a safe procedure we just have students give us all personal devices before we start testing. So here is the test question for the CWT community to see if you are up to date on students, teachers and the economy. This is a multiple choice question, read the information below and then make your selection. There are 22 students in the classroom who come from all sorts of economic backgrounds and upbringing. Some of them come from broken homes, some of them have well to do parents and some of them live in poverty. Of the 22, 14 of them are involved in some sort of extra curricular activity, sports, drama, band. Cell phones are allowed on campus but are to be turned off at all times. Of the school population 45% have had their phones taken away at one point or the other during the school year because they were texting or talking on their cell phone during class time. Of the cell phones pictured below, which phone actually belongs to a teacher? This is not a timed test, if you cannot finish this test in the given time period you will be given additional time to finish the test but it must be finished by the end of the day. Be very specific with your answer or your attempt at this test will be invalidated The first person with the correct answer will win one of my elk antler ornaments.

Reminds me of some of my Mom's old pictures with the bulb flash.....every once in a while she somehow would get a double picture, I think it was because she forgot to wind the film.......would love to see a good picture of whatever that is.....
