The 25-06 would be good, but that HK rifle would be even better just from the coolness factor alone!...

I have a load for my Ultra mag using VV powder...... 125gr Sierras with 96.5 gr of N165 powder. The rounds are flat shooting but screaming out of the barrel so I dont shoot this load often But the groups are half inch at 100yds.

300 Ultra Mag all the way! A good friend of mine shot the 300 WM for many years and when the Ultra mag came out he wished it would have come out 30 years sooner.

Was up there last weekend and the bass were hitting great. Used texas rigged robo worms and also some drop shotting. Bluegill were tearing up small night crawlers under a bobber.

I was up there all weekend fishing also but never did see any CWT stickers. We were camped in the Cholla campground too. Wonder whose truck that is.
