My computer crashed and I have been spending weeks getting it back working. My problem. I have a Covert MP-6 and when I connect it to my PC they don't communicate. I can hook it up to my laptop and it's working fine but when I hook it up to the PC nothing. The camera indicates it's in Mass Storage so I don't think my problem is with the camera. Can any body out there give me some advice on what I need to do? Thanks

My dad's one and only rifle was this same gun that he received in 1954. He used it for everything he hunted on 4 legs. Shot it with open sights until his lat 50's or early 60's when he mounted a Redfield 4 power scope to help his eyes focus. I have the rifle on permanent loan to a friend's grandchild so it's still getting some field use. -
Back in the day we bought our tags and hunted anywhere we wanted you could even take your tag way up north and hunt the fringe of the Kiabab (paria/vermillion cliffs) if you had the time and or money. We always hunted what is now 6A and a couple of times did make the trek north. No wait at the mailbox, no calling the hotline no checking the credit card just go to Ruff's and get your tag.

Western Auto! Don't remember the price but when my dad paid half for a HUGE box of 500 I was in heaven. Lot's of A-1 cans bit the dust after that.

I retired 12 years ago and my friends put on a party at our favorite watering hole. I can tell you today what each and everyone gave me every time I use the gift. What ever you come up with regardless of price, it will lodge in his memory and he will remember for life. Plaques and watches go in a drawer or top shelf, anything you use stays forever.

I've been in the Javalina camp when this tent was set up If your looking for a big tent this one fits the bill perfectly and the price is quite good. Not a one man set up even though TJ may have done it! better with a partner and way better with a family.

Tell us about your elk rifle, and cartridge?
cosninocanines replied to Stray Horse's topic in Elk Hunting
Ruger M77 in 7MM Rem Mag with 175 gr express Core Lokt Rem ammo. I purchased this rifle new from Big State in Flagstaff in 1975 and it's the only rifle I hunt with just change the projectile. -
I can't help but FIND somebody with the skills not just an iron you can use. One wrong move can lead to major problems down the road. There used to be an electronic repair guy on Commerce by the taxidermy shop. R and R maybe. I'll be back in Flag later this week and I will go by there to see if he's still there.

The only bad thing about our friends is that they don't live as long as we do. Our thoughts are with you.
