Living room set that I bought about 5 years ago. It's not perfect, but overall in good shape. One -89" couch, rocking loveseat is ~80 inches, and 2 recliners. NOTE! One recliner has a small tear and a stiching problem which I've tried to show in the photos. The other recliner doesn't recline - but is identical to the one in the photo. I think a cable/spring has come off the latch but I haven't tried to fix it. Both the couch and loveseat have recliners on each end. You can also plug them in to charge your phone I guess, but we never messed with that. $200 and no, I won't deliver. You must pick up and load it yourself. Located in SE Chandler, Riggs/Gilbert roads area. PM if interested.

Those are good cookers. Low and slow, or grill or hot enough to make pizza at 700+ degrees. Lump charcoal only. Good price and GLWS.

Caring Hearts in Gilbert on Baseline. Dr Montes is my favorite vet there. I loved Dr Schlepe, but he has Parkinsons and may be retired by now. Best vet we've found that knows their stuff and you don't have to mortgage your home to pay them. Some places are just ripoffs.

Storage fees (covered) stop me in my tracks from buying even a budget boat. Insane from what I've seen. Wish I had the room to keep it at the house.
