Fellow hunters. My friend is going on his first white tail hunt. he have hunted black tail and mule deer over the years and have taken his share. he will be hunting in a wooded area around 4000ft. {B.C. Canada} Mountians with some meadows. There is a river at the foot of the mountains. he have heard white tail can be invisible and hide anywhere. he wants me to give him tips, so i decided to bring the topic here on the forum. If you had a choice which would you take... A 170" muley or a 100" coues?

You guys act like 100" coues grow on trees. I'd like a big muley too but lets consider what is more rare and what is more of a trophy respective to each specie.

Who makes the best after market trigger for the Interarms Mark X? Does that Mauser trigger of Timney's work? I only ask this because I was out shooting with a buddy yesterday and he had an Interarms Mark X .243 it had one of the worst triggers I've ever pulled. Mushy and heavy big time. He shot a surprisingly good group all things considered. I was just happy to hit within 3" of where I was aiming with it. I'm sure a better trigger would make a world of difference.

Does anyone know if the M7 and M700 Rem barrels have the same size shank or could someone give me the measurements of the M7 barrel shank? Asking for a friend

That should actually worth twice more now, you should check Ar15 like they suggested

recommends 39.8-43 hrs of IMR4064 with their 100 gr bullets. you really should try to keep a updated manual on hand..
