How many times have you drawn a gun in a defensive situation or to stop a threat to yourself or family? Probably not one time! If you ever do your going to spend a day at the station in cuffs . The police are going to take your guns and probably could be charged with brandishing. Rock salt rounds were the bean bag round of there day . Not lethal but enough to get the job done . They burn like heck once the penetrant the skin. Shoot to kill if you need to but know your going to spend some time in jail and it's going to cost you. If the sound of the shotgun has its intended effect you will not need to use it . But by all means use it if you need to defend yourself. To answer your question I've had need of my shotgun on two occasions once it was chambered with buck shot and bird in alternating rounds and the other just the rack and sight was enough . Spent a day at the station and 3 months getting my guns back .

Always enjoy when a a$$ hat computer jockey has some balls and shits all over every one. You ever have need for anything home defense? Ever had a need to draw a gun for defense? I wish this site would put a end to this practice and ban people that have nothing but 💩 to say about everything . I guess it keeps the content count up .

Can't beat a shotgun for home defense! Just the sound it makes when you rack a round is usually all that is needed . Loaded with some buck shot or bird shot is all that's needed but I do still wish for some rock salt rounds .

It was a pain in the a$$ to find anyone that had long draw bows . I ended up at bear mtn and bought a new bow . Nobody stocks long draw and they want you to buy before you can try them . Ed was the only guy with one .

I've got two 1 pound containers un opened and stored inside Different lots . I no longer load this powder . Looks like it's around $80 pound plus shipping and hazmat . Save shipping and hazmat. $ 65 per pound I'm in gilbert I'd really be interested in a trade for some r17 pound for pound.

Bought mine new in 2017 . Paid 8500 plus all the dealer b.s. Its not as plush as the 2005 4runner it replaced but it definitely gets in places the 4runner couldn't and I'm hard on my toys.

I've been in 6a every year for the last 10/12 years. On one elk hunt or another general, archery, or muzzleloader . Seen lots of good elk and antelope year after year. Turkey has definitely gotten better the last few years . I'm sure I'll be up for the weekend opening archery helping friends where I can . Then back in October for my cow hunt . If I get the opportunity I'm planning on the tc encore pistol in 7-08. Then back for dad's muzzleloader hunt in November. I wish he had a bull tag as there's been a nice 7x7 hanging around if he made it thru from last year. The s x s crowd can be a issue but usually the elk are a custom to the traffic and noise. My dad's buddy Aaron shot his cow literally 5 minutes after a s x s had stopped at our spot.
