My buddy Joe did the Rambo knife thing .It wasn't like rambo's but it was big and useless other than for decoration. Havalon makes a great knife but just not for kids .Any of the buck or Benchmade are great .

It's sad to see that more parents don't take a more active role 😕. Safety is no joke !! As a dad with a daughter I had all my guns locked up before she could crawl.She was introduced to gun safety way before she ever held a gun .I still make her check any gun that I hand her even tho she see me check it before handing it to her. SAFETY AND HUNTING ETHICS are learned traits .Teach them well and we will all be better for it.

I forgot the kicker on the ring deal .It sits in my safe along with her old ring because her friends got her all worked up about someone stealing it.So now she doesn't even wear it.Atleast I get use out the gun.

I make all the money .But the last one cost me big time in she wanted a wedding ring upgrade .I could have built 3 new guns with outstanding glass for less. 1 custom rifle with a nightforce atacr cost me north of 40k .I didn't spend close to 10 on the gun .

My hunting buddy just got a 40 and I don't think he's going to get it in to where we hunt for elk .I told him I was going to look for a 32- 35 max

It makes for a easy decision when you've got offers on your old action. I purchased it from a fellow member and paid what he did new and the receipt is in the box. I'll get it and a price when I get home later this afternoon. It's going to be tough to explain to the wife I'm going to sell the action and by the way I need to by another that cost more.

After checking out some of Lance's rifles I'm probably sold on a kelby action and he's got me seriously looking at a tangent scope.Clearest scope I've ever looked thru ! It put my atacr to shame .Those scopes are amazingly clear.
