Just ordered some 168s from midway to test . I might have to see about some 175 eldx

I'll take a look at them . The gun just isn't happy with the lrx so far.

So the second winchester wildcat 22lr is scheduled to be picked up today. That makes for two very happy young hunters . 13 yr old Maxwell Moser who won the first draw and 10yr old Porter Taylor who won the second draw for the Winchester Wildcat 22lr. Thanks to Wildwoody and Ten Turkeys for your donations the kids will have plenty of ammo and scopes for future squirrel hunting? I'm still looking for ammo in 7-08 and 308 I've got several hundred rounds for the 20g also any small kid friendly items for there packs . Safety items or first aid kits things you'd have in your pack that make sense for a young hunter. There are easily way over 100kids entered again so there is always a need .

Did one a few days ago no issues . Hopefully it's all good I've still got a few more apps to do today when I get home.

Yesterday, No longer valid save on gas at Circle K
Crazymonkey replied to Boarman03's topic in Classified Ads
The trick is to not have to get gas/ fuel on Thursday thru Monday it seems the qt by me Jack's the prices just in time for the Friday rush. It was 399 for diesel by me in Gilbert . I filled in mesa for 349. -
It's a 7mm .284 dia bullet in a necked down 8mm rem mag case. There's a 7 stw section for the guys shooting them on long range hunting. There might be some good information on there for brass and loading suggestions.

It's a bunch of hoops to jump thru but in the end it's definitely worth the time. I'm still waiting for the atf on my two Evo and the omega but my other two are great especially if you run subsonic ammo. I put together a 300blk just for hogs and to run suppressed. Watched a javalina stand there after I shot his buddy at 10 feet . Didn't know where it was coming from.

Seconds if this ^^ falls thru.

I called freedom and spoke with them before my suppressor shipped .

Current nfa trusts requires each trustee to have pictures and fingerprints per the atf rule change . The only way around it is the single or the silencer central type trust any time you add to the trust each member of the trust must go through the background checks . The old rules didn't require any of this .

Individual or trust? I've got two from last year one Individual from 6 /23 and one trust 8/23 plus the new can I just signed docs for and is waiting to e- file probably today.

Anybody Spring Bear Hunting this year?
Crazymonkey replied to bowhunter-tw's topic in Black Bear or Grizzly Bear hunts
What you didn't spray yourself with bear pepper? Just kidding great bear !!! -
Yep it can be a pain to navigate through this. I looked at the gun trust option and it was going to be hard to get everything to add everyone I needed on the trust as there in different states and the gun trust will require all the pictures and fingerprints for each person where as the single shot or like my other two from silencer central it's a simple paper sign and notarized and your done. No waiting for fingerprints or pictures from anyone your adding.

Looking for a CVA Paramount Pro V
Crazymonkey replied to tskizzo's topic in Muzzleloader hunting for Coues Deer
There was a paramount pro in 40 cal in the classified section of long range hunting -
Talk with the guys at Healeys and see what they say . They are very good at this. The single shot trust is just a very simple way to go for the money. The only way it sucks is when you've got a few cans and trusts and have to keep a copy of the stamp and trust paperwork with you when your out shooting. I keep a copy in my rifle bag just incase.

I've found that most don't like the semi auto pistols . The revolver is a much better platform for them . Usually a 38spl fits the bill perfectly. My wife hates my xd 9mm but likes the gp100 but wanted something smaller and lighter so a charter arms rosie fit the bill . Being pink she knows I'll never take it to shoot.
-
And so the process begins again! For the guys using Healeys and wanting to put your new suppressor in a trust ( best option if you're married or have kids or your hunting buddies to add ) be real sure you tell them you want the single shot trust . Almost had another on an individual . It's expensive to move from individual into a trust later . It's another tax stamp at 205 plus the trust .
