Not an ATV. It has to be a factory two-up atv to have a passenger. It is spelled out very clearly in the regulations and statues.

Really not more than normal. T-Mobile is starting to build a little. Sprint hasn't built a site in quite a while. Verizon is building alot everywhere. ATT is doing mods to their existing sites.

Actually the SXS operator committed two offences. The first was taking the vehicle in a closed area. The second was not having a plate with an OHV sticker if he didn't have one. I would have attempted to turn him in if at all possible. That is the only way they will learn. With regard to a hunter in the area, I personally would move back or away from the area. I would hate to be shot by someone. If he couldn't previously see me when he should have been able to no telling what would happen if you had startled him.

I agree or a gray version Whip-poor-will. No wing bars so nighthawks are out.
