That's probably because you did not have a heat deflector pad that runs under the seats from side to side and a rear window mesh net. No dust here but my friend who doesn't have it gets a lot of dust inside.

I had a full window in my Rhino. I hated it and now go with a half windshield. Never had an interest with the folding type.

I shot my first javelina with a Marlin Model 1894 in 32-20 back in the '70's. Great little gun and I still have it.
