Now I would say he is mistaken. Maybe doesn't draw 4a but 29 for 4b should 100%. Should be 100% for 4a to be honest.

There are two residents with 31, six residents with 30 and nine residents with 29 so he isnt wrong. If those three groups of BP holders all go for 5b rifle only it will be 4 more years before they all get a tag. And that's if a nr doesn't get one of the bonus pass tags. Throw that in there and it could be 6-7 years.

When you make the rules you get to change the rules. I don't think the credit car deal is a law just a rule of how they do it. So I believe they can do as they please. And this draw I think calling people would be the right thing to do.

They can't post to the portal because they still have to charge the next in line for declined cards and then charge more people after some of those cards get declined. Lots of complaints but this isn't a valid one.

I literally just said the baiting ban is "unenforceable" and hardly anyone does it anymore. So why would cams be any different? If it becomes law 98% of hunters, especially outfitters will follow the law. And yes for the record, I am "cool" with that.

The baiting ban was also "unenforceable" yet very few still do it. You obviously haven't been to 23 or 9 for an elk hunt or the strip for a deer hunt since you don't understand why guides are the root of this problem.

Guides and outfitters: trail cameras don't help us, they are just a fun tool to help us see what's out there. Also guides and outfitters: I'm gonna spend $30k a year on a pallet of cams and boxes, another $5k on batteries and SD cards, another $5k on gas to check them every week all year. . . . Just for fun though. And if they say I can't I'll sue them!

Let me correct that for you. They don't HAVE to do anything because they can and most likely will change the deadline as they please. When you're the only place that provides a certain service you get to do what you want without any accountability.
