You should see the lawyer for CBD's reply to the Karen Budd-Falen Op-Ed piece that originated this. The only thing he could find to attack was at one point she referred to the entire amount that the Gov't pays out for all reasons which is in the Billion's and he says that they do not receive Billions from their law suits. Makes you think that they actually receive Millions from their law suits.

We had a great time out there Saturday, and there is just a little finish work to be done today. Here are some pictures of the project. Tanks in the ground busy workers, how many CWT members can you spot? Learning how to do finish work. Admiring all of the animal tracks in the cement, include the big one with 5 fingers. There was even a CWT.com sticker sighting there thanks to Great White. My son enjoyed discussing the differences in our Foxpro callers with him at lunch time. There are also going to be more stickers on trucks after Amanda arrived with some in time for Ben's great tortilla soup that was enjoyed be all.

I bought one the other day, good price and easy to use. I have not had a chance to get out and use it yet, but it gets the dogs in the neighborhood going even with all the doors and windows closed.

Be there with my son, I have already RSVP'd with Ben for some of his Tortilla soup.

PM sent.

I am planning on being there with my son. These projects are a great way to see how all of the money raised from the special tags get put out on the ground to benefit wildlife.

Contact Ben Brochu who is the WM for 37B. He is having a water development project soon and is working on a long range plan for water development and redevelopment in the unit. Unit 37A has had most of its developments refurbished in the last 5 years so they are in pretty good shape. You might also contact mark Freiburg at the Hunters Who Care cleanup that is coming up, he covers units 36 B and C. You can check the posts in the Project forum on here and get the contact info for both of them.

Having a hunting license in your possession is your permit to access on State Land. Don't leave home without it.

From the looks of the picture in the back of the truck, I don't think he found any quail. You would not be trying to find out his honey hole in a sneaky way now would you??

I have seen a lot of little green plants that the quail like to eat popping out of the ground the last two days. Lets just hope it keeps on for the next couple of months. -

Go to the book section of Cabela's, Sportsman's Warehouse or Bass Pro and find a good gun value book and look up the one that you want information on. If you have a bunch of them, buy the book.

klondyke aravaipa road, is it still open
NRS replied to stalkincoues's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
thanks for the number. just called and spoke to a lady but don't think we're on the same page. she said it is a jeep trail only and I probably couldn't get through and would have to use the klondyke/aravaipa bet ft. thomas and Pima. I just need to know if the klondyke rd. goes through. will be turning at superior towards kearny and turning left at that technical college trying to get through. anybody been there recently? in a 4 whl drive but don't want anything crazy. if I have to i'll go almost to Pima but was really needing to save time by going the back way. If you are trying to go from the college at the mouth of Arivaipa canyon to Klondyke, That road ends at the trailhead to the Aravaipa Wilderness. If you are talking about the Rug road further south down by Mammoth, the turn off from the river road was locked when I went by it last fall and I would not guarantee that it is open. There are no other roads that go from the San Pedro river valley to Klondyke. -
Doug, Here is what Ragged Top looked like at sunrise this morning.

My 8 year old son Kolin is getting into hunting so I borrowed my brothers .410 and took him out dove hunting before the season ends. On our second trip he connected with his first dove, and he made a great wing shot on it as it came overhead and turned to the left. He ended the day out-shooting dad (1-0). Six years later and he is still outshooting me sometimes. Our first time out this year ended with 3 limits including the firend that took the picture.

NRS replied to firstcoueswas80's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
Here are some pictures from around Prescott during the snow storm yesterday. I took my son up to visit Grandma and we went out to the lakes to look at the waterfowl that was in the area. The first one is Watson lake. This one is from Granite Basin Lake.
