good luck, It will be hot! I had the hunt last year and killed off of water on day 3 and my son had it the year before and couldn't connect...watch for the snakes too!

My son drew a 6a Jr hunt and we are headed out next weekend then the 27th I am off to South Dakota with 4 tags and my bow, trying to get ait done with the Diamond! Good luck to everyone and be safe

this is the first year I won't be there, we were involed running the hunter ed walk thru but don't have the time right now with all the other things going on in our lives, enjoy it..it will be a great time

sorry had my weekend off, I guess I need some help

6 in our family thru in for all of these hunts, some on the late and other early, trying to get 3 hunts back to back, also have heard from about 12 other guys they also put in for the hunt so I guess Game and Fish will see how many threw in and will make it a regular hunt next year...I am thinking it will be a tough draw

Well i will say I haven't had a lot of time to get out but we made the most of my three days off, working monday night and getting off tuesday morning heading out with the son in law for pigs, We got him one and headed home, Wednesday morning I got out for deer and yes I finally shot my biggest buck, spot and stalk, he was chasing 8 doe...and yesterday finished off my week with a pig!!what a week! Thanks, Andy

Well haven't had much time to get out but I got out saturday morning and a friend and I headed to 23, We glassed up some small bucks and where moving spots and were walking back to the Ranger when we picked up some more deer so we sat down and glassed them up. After watching for 20 min we had a good mule deer buck bedded and it was on, I took off on a stalk while my buddy watched and glassed, as I got near him the worse thing happened, AZGFD flying right up the canyon about 300 feet up doing a survey, wow, the deer took off and another stalk blown.. I was upset and still are, kind of wonder why this cant be done after the season or during the week when there is less people out..I callled a friend who works for AZGFD to make sure it was them and it was, they have points picked out on GPS and fly the same every year,, so I guess I wont be back in the canyon next year... Andy
